We’re thrilled to announce the acquisition of the leading platform for micro influencer platform Gnack. This deal signifies NeoReach’s commitment to micro influencer marketing by expanding our platform capabilities of Gnack’s technology and the insights of its former CEO, Chris Gonzalez.

NeoReach CEO, Jesse Leimgruber, said

The acquisition of Gnack further solidifies NeoReach’s strategic transition towards end-to-end solutions that deliver large scale, recurring management of global influencer marketing campaigns.

Chris Gonzalez, CEO and Co-Founder of Gnack, was thrilled about the acquisition saying “this event marks a real milestone in marketplace maturity as two top influencer marketing organizations now have the opportunity to redefine an entire industry”.

Professional Snapchat Personality, Cyrene Quiamco (@CyreneQ), who has worked with Gnack since 2016, cites her experience as “everything that social media content should be” highlighting Gnack’s unique ability to “work closely with influencers to make sure they have creative input on projects while maintaining the brand’s vision”. 

Gnack’s product will further unify NeoReach’s mission towards connecting more creatives to advertisers as Leimgruber notes

“It’s quite clear that the space is trending towards rising stars and up-and-coming influencers. These influencers have the most authentic relationships and are excellent brand advocates”.

Gonzalez will join the NeoReach team as Chief Marketing Officer. Leimgruber and Gonzalez are aligned in their vision for consumer-generated advertising experiences and are ready reinvent the full sphere of the influencer marketing space.

Gnack will continue to operate as a subsidiary of NeoReach during the transition process, working with advertisers on micro influencer campaigns.
