About

Twitch is live, long and hard to fake. A streamer either holds a chat for an hour with a brand in the room or does not, and the number that matters is what the chat did next.

Every agency ranked below is scored out of 100 on four measures: creative quality, client impact, industry recognition, and revenue and growth. Client impact comes from results the agencies publish themselves, and on Twitch those run from Famesters counting 499 registrations and 95 first deposits for Playbet.io, to Socially Powerful building a 1.1M-follower stream team for Lenovo Legion, to NVIDIA's 48.3M impressions in under a week on NeoReach's own card. The entries say which agencies publish a Twitch number of their own and which fold it into a blend.

Edelman

83 /100
New York, NY 6,000-plus people, 28 countries

Edelman has been in business since 1952 and is a global public-relations firm run from New York with offices in every major market.

On Twitch it does the earned-media idea with streamers inside it: a brand builds something the chat can play with, and the press covers what happened. It is one of three agencies on this page that publish a Twitch-specific viewership figure, and its larger numbers are earned-reach estimates rather than platform counts, labelled as such below.

KFC Mexico's KFCero Waste built a branded Minecraft mod, and 80+ hours of gameplay drew 5,727+ Twitch viewers and 26K+ chicken pieces donated, the equivalent of 13K real meals. Xbox's Power Your Dreams launch produced 84M video views and 2,300+ pieces of launch-week coverage across 15 publications and markets. Halo Wars 2's campaign reached 575M, an earned-reach estimate, with 4.2M views.

Best for a brand that wants a Twitch idea big enough to become a news story.

We Are Social logo

We Are Social

66 /100
London, United Kingdom 1,300 people in 19 offices

We Are Social has run social-first campaigns from London since 2008, with offices from Los Angeles to Jakarta.

On Twitch it builds the live event first and the streamer programme around it. Its Twitch cases are tournaments and live broadcasts fronted by creators, reported as blended totals across Twitch and YouTube with a viewership figure for the live moment itself. None publishes a click or a sale.

Sky Broadband's #NoMoreExcuses tournament drew 200K live viewers averaging 12 minutes of watch time, 84M impressions and 4.5M campaign film views. Uber Eats' #BringIt supported 15 streamers for 4M reach and 70K hashtag uses. Interpride's Global Pride Crossing produced 1M minutes watched across Twitch, Facebook and YouTube, with 25M hashtag impressions and 90 pieces of news coverage.

Best for a brand that wants a creator-fronted live event built for Twitch and YouTube together.

Socially Powerful logo

Socially Powerful

61 /100
London, UK Global network, local market teams

Socially Powerful was founded in London in 2017 and runs social and creator programmes from London, New York, Dubai and Beijing.

On Twitch it builds the standing roster. Its Lenovo work is a retained stream team rather than a campaign, and the outcome it publishes is the audience that team built, which is the one figure on this page that measures a Twitch audience an agency created and kept. Its other Twitch case is a twelve-month retained programme where Twitch is one of seven channels and no Twitch-specific figure exists.

Lenovo Legion's stream team of gaming creators, running across YouTube, Twitch, Instagram and TikTok, gained 1.1M stream followers, 13M impressions and 26M ad placement views. TikTok's own western launch, for which Socially Powerful has been a retained agency since 2018, reports 500M+ impressions across the twelve-month programme.

Best for a gaming hardware or platform brand that wants a standing streamer roster rather than a campaign.

Viral Nation logo

Viral Nation

61 /100
Toronto, ON Enterprise, social commerce

Viral Nation was founded in 2014 and runs creator campaigns from Toronto, with a client list across games, consumer and entertainment brands.

On Twitch it runs the multi-platform gaming activation, with Twitch named as one of five channels and every figure blended across all of them. Its one Twitch case is eight years old and was the inaugural edition of a tournament that still runs, so the figures are a benchmark from 2018 rather than a current result, and the largest livestream number on the page belongs to YouTube.

PUBG Mobile's Star Challenge put creators across Twitch, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube in many countries behind the game's first global tournament, for 3.5M reach, 2.4M impressions and 1.5M interactions, and a six-hour pre-show on the game's YouTube channel that drew 350K viewers in under a day.

Best for a game publisher that wants Twitch inside a multi-country creator activation.

Influencer

60 /100
London, UK Creator-founded, official Twitch marketing partner

Influencer was founded in 2015 and runs creator campaigns from London and New York, with a Riyadh office and a client list across games, retail and consumer brands.

On Twitch it has one published case, and it is the only one on this page where the creator brief is a stream rather than a post: two gaming creators went live for a minimum of four hours each for a housing charity. The figures are small and honest, the stated goal was donations, and no donation figure follows. Everything else in its gaming record runs on other platforms.

Shelter's Driving Action campaign put two gaming creators live on Twitch for at least four hours each, reaching 38.5K against a combined audience of 329K.

Best for a charity or cause brand that wants a small, Twitch-first activation with the brief on the page.

The Goat Agency logo

The Goat Agency

58 /100
London, United Kingdom 750 people across 41 markets

The Goat Agency was founded in London in 2015 and runs creator campaigns worldwide, with a client list across games, fashion and consumer brands.

On Twitch it casts named streamers inside a cross-platform launch. Its one Twitch case names the two streamers on the page, runs them alongside Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts creators, and reports a blended engagement total with a sentiment rate beside it. The stated goal included purchase intent, and no purchase-intent figure follows. Its published return on ad spend belongs to a cinema campaign that never touched Twitch.

World of Warcraft's War Within expansion launch in the UK and Nordics ran ten crossover creators, two of them Twitch streamers, through a three-phase brief ending in a Collector's Edition giveaway, for 631K engagements at 90% positive sentiment and two award nominations.

Best for a game publisher that wants Twitch streamers cast inside a cross-platform launch.

SAMY logo

SAMY

58 /100
Madrid, Spain 1001-5000 people across Europe and LATAM

SAMY was founded in 2020 and runs creator campaigns from Madrid for fashion, consumer and lifestyle brands.

On Twitch it builds the one-shot stream and puts the rest of the campaign around it. Its one Twitch case is the clearest example on this page of Twitch as the stage rather than a channel in a list, and it is one of three agencies here that publish a Twitch-specific view count against a named brand. The creator's channel size is not published, so the reach behind the figure cannot be sized.

Crocs' #CrocsHolidayJam activated a single high-impact stream with German creator HoneyPuu, for 140.4K Twitch views, with a social teaser and content roll-out that added 292.3K Instagram views and 62.7K TikTok impressions.

Best for a consumer brand that wants one Twitch stream built as the centre of a campaign.

Pepper logo

Pepper

52 /100
London, United Kingdom 11-50 people, travel and lifestyle creators

Pepper was founded in London in 2019 and is a small creator agency whose published work runs across travel, entertainment, finance and games.

On Twitch it runs the streamer inside a phased game launch: wishlist-building before release, an incentive push, then sales-focused activations at launch, with live streams as one layer beside TikTok and Instagram creators and paid amplification. Its one Twitch case is honest about what the streams did, with the agency's own learning printed on the page, and it stops short of the wishlist or sales figure the brief was set on.

Thunderful Games' SteamWorld Heist II launch produced 1.93M impressions, 44.9K engagements and 38.6K clicks across the phased rollout, with cost per click coming in 95% better than the plan, and the agency noting that streamers exceeded their contracted time with consistent viewer engagement.

Best for an indie or mid-size game publisher that wants streamers inside a phased wishlist-to-launch campaign.

Exprexion Creators logo

Exprexion Creators

46 /100
Dusseldorf, Germany Formerly Audiencly; gaming creator campaigns from Düsseldorf

Exprexion Creators traded as Audiencly until it was folded into Flexion Mobile and renamed, and it has run gaming creator campaigns from Düsseldorf since 2018.

On Twitch it runs localisation: European streamers and YouTubers introducing a game to their own markets around a dated in-game season. Its creators hub claims a thousand-plus Twitch streamers on its books, a directory-style total with no period behind it, and of the case pages on its new site only one names Twitch, so the record on this platform is one campaign with blended figures.

Marvel Snap's European launch for its second-anniversary season partnered 22 creators across regions, for 1.2M+ views, 48K+ likes and 2K+ comments across Twitch streams, YouTube integrations and dedicated video content.

Best for a game publisher localising a title in Europe with streamers and YouTubers.

Famesters logo

Famesters

42 /100
Limassol, Cyprus 51-200 people, performance-led

Famesters was founded in Limassol in 2017 and runs creator campaigns for games and iGaming brands, and two of its published Twitch clients are betting platforms.

On Twitch it publishes the funnel down to the deposit, which almost nobody else on this page does, and it is the one agency here that splits a click-through rate by platform so Twitch's own contribution is visible. It also states a $10,000 minimum budget on its own FAQ. One of its Twitch cases carries figures its live page no longer shows, and those are left out here.

Playbet.io's programme produced 7,555 clicks, 499 registrations and 95 first deposits at a 31.9% deposit conversion rate, on roughly 1M reach. Konami's campaign held a 25.98% click-through rate on Twitch against 4.04% on YouTube, with 14.4K total clicks and a 31% share of landing-page traffic. Leon's programme acquired first deposits at $66 each.

Best for a games or iGaming brand that wants Twitch measured on registrations and deposits, from $10,000.

Zorka.Agency logo

Zorka.Agency

32 /100
Limassol, Cyprus 51-200 people, gaming-only

Zorka.Agency has run campaigns from Limassol since 2014 for game publishers, and publishes pricing tiers from $20K+ on its homepage.

On Twitch it runs game launches with streamers, and it is one of three agencies on this page that publish a Twitch-specific viewership figure. Much of its Twitch record is custom extensions and esports team management rather than creator campaigns, and its stat blocks print the word positive where a return should be, so only the creator cases with a number are cited here.

Hotta Studio's Neverness to Everness launch drew 14K average concurrent Twitch viewers and 4M+ views across YouTube and TikTok. Plarium's Raid: Shadow Legends collaboration with s1mple and NAVI cut the cost per acquisition by 20%.

Best for a game publisher that wants streamer launches with the cost per acquisition tracked, from $20K.

How to choose a Twitch influencer marketing agency

Twitch is a small category with unusually honest numbers and unusually few of them. A stream's concurrent viewers, clicks and conversions are measurable in a way a feed post is not, and the agencies that work there could publish them. Most do not: they run Twitch as one channel inside a gaming campaign and print one blended total for everything. If your last streamer campaign produced a big impressions number and no idea what the stream itself did, the job of a shortlist is to find the agency that reports Twitch on its own line. Four questions do most of that work.

Ask for Twitch's own number

Almost every case on this page prints one figure across Twitch, YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. Two agencies publish a Twitch-specific view count, one publishes a Twitch click-through rate beside YouTube's, and one publishes the followers a stream team built. Ask the agency to break Twitch out for at least one campaign. If it cannot, it does not know what the stream contributed either.

Ask what happened after the stream

Peak concurrent viewers are attention. Registrations, first deposits, wishlists and click-throughs are results, and a few agencies on this page publish them. Ask to see that case, and ask what the streamer's link produced in the days after the broadcast, when the VOD and the clips were still working.

Ask whether creators were in the campaign at all

Some agencies file Twitch work that is custom extensions, esports team sponsorship or live production. That is good work and it is not creator marketing. Ask which cases briefed streamers to make content in their own voice, how the streamer was matched to the product, and how many of the same streamers came back for the next campaign.

Ask about the category rules

Games, betting and crypto brands make up much of Twitch's sponsored work, and two agencies on this page publish betting-platform results. Each category carries its own platform and legal rules. Ask how the agency handles disclosure and age gating, what it will not run, and what happened the last time a stream had to come down.

Deal-breakers

Walk away from an agency that cannot split a blended figure by platform. Walk away from a case where Twitch appears in the channel list and nowhere else on the page. Walk away from a return on investment whose basis nobody can explain, and from a stat block that prints a word where a number should be. And walk away from anyone who will not put streamer fees, production, paid amplification and the agency fee on separate lines.

Frequently asked questions

Connect with us

Two agencies on this page publish a floor: Famesters states a $10,000 minimum budget on its own FAQ, and Zorka.Agency publishes tiers starting at $20K+ on its homepage. The rest quote by brief. Cost has three parts: the streamers, whose fees scale with concurrent viewers and stream length; the agency's fee; and any paid amplification or Twitch media behind the stream. Ask for the lines separately, and ask which line the published results depended on.

At minimum, peak and average concurrent viewers and total views for the sponsored streams, separated from any other platform. A better report adds the click-through rate on the streamer's link and the followers the brand's own channel gained. The best cases on this page add registrations, first deposits or a cost per acquisition. Ask which of those an agency can show for a product like yours.

The cases on this page say yes when the brand joins the format rather than interrupting it: a broadband brand hosting a creator tournament, a footwear brand building a holiday stream around one German creator, a housing charity putting two streamers live for four hours each, a food chain building a Minecraft mod that raised charity donations. The audience tolerates a brand that gives the streamer something to do.

A viewership figure counts people who watched the stream, as peak or average concurrent viewers or total views. Reach on Twitch is usually an estimate across clips, VODs and social cut-downs, and on most case pages it is blended with other platforms. Where an entry on this page cites either, it says which. Ask the agency for the Twitch dashboard numbers behind any figure.

Usually. Streamers cut their broadcasts into YouTube videos and TikTok clips, and the cases on this page show the same campaign delivering on both, with the click-through rate differing sharply by platform where an agency publishes both. Ask for the platforms reported separately, so the live stream's own contribution is visible.

Influencer media value is an agency's estimate of the advertising cost equivalent of the exposure a campaign produced. It is useful for comparing campaigns inside one agency's reporting. It is not revenue, and a return calculated against it is not a return on spend. Where an entry on this page cites a media value or a return with that basis, it says so.

By reading every case study each agency publishes and keeping the ones with at least one creator campaign that names Twitch on the agency's own page and carries a result a reader can check. Twitch is a small category, so the bar is one campaign rather than the two most rankings on this site require, and the entries say how much of each agency's record that case represents. Agencies whose Twitch work is extensions, esports management or production without creators were left off.

Because NeoReach publishes the page, its card is featured above the ranking rather than scored inside it. The eleven agencies below it are scored on the same four measures in the same order, from their own published case studies. NeoReach's card is written from its own published Twitch case studies, which anyone can check at the links on it.

Ranking methodology explained

Every agency on a NeoReach ranking is scored out of 100. On this list that is four dimensions worth 25 each: three read off public records, one judged against a written rubric. A low score means the public record behind an agency is thin, which is not the same as saying its campaigns are weak. Plenty of good agencies publish very little.

Every agency here is scored out of 100, four dimensions worth 25 each, and no dimension outweighs another.

Client impact, industry recognition, and revenue and growth are read off public records: the brands an agency has published work for, how many of its cases carry a quantitative result, its awards and press, and its team size, tenure and office footprint. Creative quality is the one judgement in the model, made against a written rubric applied to every agency in the same order.

Membership is the Twitch test: at least one published creator campaign that names Twitch as a channel on the agency's own case page and carries a result a reader can check. Twitch is a small category, so the bar is one campaign rather than the two most rankings on this site require, and the entries say how much of each agency's record that one case represents. Agencies were found by reading every case they publish for the platform, not by a directory tag. Cases that are custom extensions, esports team management or production without creators were set aside.

Where two agencies finish level, the higher client impact score goes first, because that dimension is built out of published evidence.

The campaign facts in each entry come from the agency's own case studies, read in September 2026. Most Twitch figures on this page are totals across several platforms, because that is how the agencies publish them. Where a figure is Twitch's own, a livestream viewership count, an earned-reach estimate or a media value the agency worked out for itself, the entry names it as that.

NeoReach publishes this page. It is featured at the top rather than ranked on it, and carries no score here for that reason.

Why these 4 for this list

A brand shortlisting for Twitch is asking four things, and only one is whether the content looks good. Creative quality is whether a streamer can carry a brand for an hour without losing the chat. Client impact is whether a result was measured and published at all, and on Twitch it separates the agencies that report registrations, clicks and stream followers from the ones that report a blended reach. Industry recognition is the only outside opinion in the model. Revenue and growth is whether the team can run a streamer programme season after season, not one event.

Creative Quality /25
Campaign originality, content innovation and creative execution, read off published case studies, the awards a body of work has taken and the campaign formats an agency actually runs
Client Impact /25
Measurable results delivered to clients: return, engagement, reach, revenue. Counted from the named brands an agency has published work for, how many of its cases carry a quantitative result, and how many client categories that work spans
Industry Recognition /25
Validation from outside the agency: awards weighted by tier, platform partnerships, tier-one press and conference presence
Revenue & Growth /25
Business scale and trajectory: team size band, years in market and office footprint

What is not counted

Anything an agency will only say in a pitch. Unpublished results, client logos with no campaign behind them, and awards entered but not won. Where an agency has nothing a dimension can count, it lands on that dimension's floor, and its entry says so.

The rubric is fixed, not set against whichever agency happens to lead. The same record earns the same points for every agency on the page, NeoReach included.
