About

In wellness the creator's credibility is the product. A supplement, a clinic or a sleep brand lives on whether the person recommending it is believed, and dies on the first claim a regulator does not like.

Every agency ranked below is scored out of 100 on four measures: creative quality, client impact, industry recognition, and revenue and growth. Client impact comes from results the agencies publish themselves, and in wellness those run from Tatam's 250K+ installs and accounts for a meditation app, to Yamammi's 2,100+ app clicks for Better Me from a dozen Dubai creators, to Casper's 2.5K+ new customers on NeoReach's own card. The entries say which of those each agency counts, and which it only claims.

Edelman

83 /100
New York, NY 6,000-plus people, 28 countries

Edelman has been in business since 1952 and is a global public-relations firm run from New York with offices in every major market.

Its wellness work is earned first. A programme starts with a product truth or a cause, creators and named advocates carry it into their own feeds, and press picks it up because there is something to report. The results come back as impressions, sentiment and shifts in what people say, at a scale that is press reach rather than creator reach, and this card says so. Two of its three wellness cases are causes rather than commerce.

General Mills' Progresso Soup Drops, a cold-season product launched with creators, surprise deliveries and media outreach, produced a +196% rise in top-of-mind awareness, a +47pt gain in brand association and 12.83B earned-media impressions, and the product sold out three times. UNFPA's Bodyright campaign against image-based abuse drew 79.1K engagements, 2M video views and 11.3K petition signatures on an estimated 1.2B global reach, shared by named creators. Cochlear's hearing-loss campaign produced 1.65M views of media coverage and 728K social shares.

Expect a research phase before anything goes live, and budget for it.

Best for a brand or public-health body that wants a wellness idea big enough for press, with creators inside it.

Disrupt Marketing

54 /100
London, UK Performance-led, tracked-link reporting

Disrupt Marketing was founded in London in 2010 and runs creator campaigns for consumer, travel and wellness brands from there.

Its wellness work is the measured test. The target is printed beside the delivery on its supplement case, so the over-delivery is checkable rather than asserted, and every one of its wellness cases is creator work with a live page. Its results are clicks, views and rates rather than sales, and half of its wellness cases are the same sexual-wellness client.

Nature's Best's first creator campaign put expert voices behind a supplement brand for 1M+ total impressions, 939K of them paid, 35.5K link clicks against an 8K target and a £22.71 CPM. Huel's YouTube campaign drew 1.7M views and 35K engagements from six macro creators, at a 65% view-to-subscriber ratio. LELO's Valentine's campaign turned 505K organic reach into 12K website visits at a 3.42% click-through rate.

Best for a UK supplement or nutrition brand that wants a creator test measured on clicks and cost.

Vero logo

Vero

52 /100
Bangkok, Thailand Communications consultancy, seven ASEAN markets

Vero was founded in 2007 and is a communications consultancy running from Bangkok, with teams across seven Southeast Asian markets.

It is a public-relations firm that runs creators, and its wellness record is public health as much as product: most of its cases are for health ministries and NGOs. What sets it apart on this page is that it publishes behaviour change where most agencies publish reach. Its scale figures are press impressions and PR value, and they sit beside creator engagement rather than replacing it.

Save the Children's Mother's Milk campaign in Myanmar produced a 64% increase in exclusive breastfeeding in the test group, on 18M reach and 197K USD in PR value, with top-tier creators who worked for free. Vietnam's national HIV prevention campaign drew 31 celebrities, creators and communities for 49.5K engagements, 1.2M music-video views and 68K unique visitors to its website, with 188M impressions from earned coverage. Reckitt's Move Free joint-health campaign reached 7M people for 581K views, and DORCO's grooming campaign reached 14.5M with 13.8M creator impressions.

Best for a public-health body or consumer-health brand in Southeast Asia that wants creators inside a communications programme.

The Shelf logo

The Shelf

51 /100
Brooklyn, NY

The Shelf runs creator campaigns from Atlanta on its own influencer platform, with a client list that runs across food, retail and health.

Its wellness work is delivery against a contract. Each case prints what was promised beside what was delivered, on reach, engagement and content, which makes the over-delivery checkable and the rates comparable to a benchmark the page names. What it does not publish in wellness is a sale: half of its cases are cause campaigns with nothing to sell, and the commercial ones stop at engagement.

Smile Generation's dental awareness campaign put mom creators behind 248+ pieces of content at a 3.91% in-feed engagement ratio against a stated 1.5% industry standard, with promised UGC beaten by 209% and promised engagement by 167%. Sweet Defeat's supplement campaign ran across six platforms at a 3.81% engagement rate, with 230K story views, 810 link clicks and 1,666 sticker taps. Susan G. Komen's breast cancer awareness campaigns averaged a 3.28% engagement rate, with the strongest at 4.59%.

Best for a US dental, supplement or cause campaign that wants creator delivery measured against a contract.

Allison Worldwide logo

Allison Worldwide

49 /100
New York, NY Global communications network

Allison Worldwide was founded in 2001 and is a communications agency run from New York with offices across the United States, Europe and Asia.

It is a public-relations firm that runs creators as one layer of an integrated programme, and its wellness cases read that way: creator partnerships sit beside legislative tools, press and, in one case, a Super Bowl commercial. Neither case names a creator count or a platform, so the creator layer cannot be sized from the published material. What can be sized is the action people took.

The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention's Demand More for Mental Health campaign produced 1,500+ new field advocate sign-ups and 8,500 uses of its advocacy platform, with views up 450% to 35,000 in Mental Health Awareness Month. Dexcom's Super Bowl debut, supported by creator and PR work, drove 1.2M visits to the brand's website and 21,649 ad-search interactions, and the Harris Poll named it the top commercial for perceived quality and trustworthiness.

Expect the creator layer to be the smaller line in the report, and buy it for the idea.

Best for a health non-profit or medical-device brand that wants creators inside an integrated communications programme.

The Influencer Marketing Factory logo

The Influencer Marketing Factory

47 /100
Miami, FL Global, reporting-led

The Influencer Marketing Factory was founded in Miami in 2018 and runs creator campaigns for music labels, apps and consumer brands across TikTok, YouTube and Instagram.

Its wellness work is fitness, not medicine: a gym franchise, a fitness app and a protein bar, run as creator volume and reported on views, likes and clicks. There is no clinic, pharma or supplement work in its record, and none of its cases publishes a sale, though one names sales in prose. Its pages print the creators' combined follower totals beside the results, and those are audience sizes rather than delivery.

Bending Spoons' month-long fitness challenge had TikTok creators work out from home for 18.5M video views, 3.2M likes and 30.6K shares at an 18% engagement rate. F45 Training's New Year campaign drew 5.8M+ combined views, 235K likes and 7.4K link clicks ahead of the January rush. Built's protein bars ran 83 fitness and lifestyle creators across 560 YouTube integrations for 10M views at a 6% engagement rate and a 2% click-through rate.

Best for a fitness app, gym or sports nutrition brand that wants creator volume on TikTok and YouTube, reported on views.

House of Marketers logo

House of Marketers

44 /100
London, UK Founded by former TikTok staff

House of Marketers was founded in London in 2020 and runs TikTok-first creator campaigns with paid media behind them, mostly for apps.

Its wellness work is the audience-matched app campaign: creators cast for who follows them, run on TikTok and Instagram with paid behind the posts that perform, and reported on views and engagement. The audience match is the useful part of its reporting. What it does not publish in wellness is a download or a sale, and one of its case pages describes the wrong company under the client's name, so read the results and not the boilerplate.

Flo Health's TikTok campaign put 15 creators behind a menstrual tracking and female-health app for 10.5M video views and 200K+ engagements, with 95% of the audience reached being female. Endoca's Instagram campaign ran ten micro-creators for a hemp-based wellness brand at a 9.5% engagement rate, with no reach figure published.

Best for a health app that wants TikTok creators matched to a specific audience, with paid media behind them.

Grynow

33 /100
Gurugram, India

Grynow has run influencer campaigns from Gurugram since 2017 for finance, fashion and consumer brands in India.

Its wellness work is delivery over a set period, and it reports it that way on every case: videos delivered, views achieved, months run. No engagement rate, click or sale is published, so no commercial claim can be made from it. What can be said is that the volume is real, every page resolves, and all six clients are Indian nutrition, supplement and wearable brands, which makes it a strong India pick and a poor one anywhere else.

UltraHuman's launch put 35 Reels fronted by Mira Kapoor behind a wearable for 3M+ views in two months. HealthKart's programme put 60 athletes behind 60 Reels for 1M+ views in three months, Oziva's nutrition campaign delivered 250+ videos and 800K+ views in two months, and Genetic Nutrition's 30+ videos drew 1M+ views in one.

Best for an Indian nutrition, supplement or wearable brand that wants creator video at volume.

Yamammi

28 /100
Dubai, United Arab Emirates 2-10 people, UAE micro-creators

Yamammi was founded in Dubai in 2024 and runs micro-creator programmes for clinics, studios and wellness apps in the United Arab Emirates.

Its wellness work is the local micro-creator programme, and it is the deepest health record on this page: more cases than any other agency here, every one creator work, every figure on a live page. It reports the funnel further than most, profile visits and booking-page clicks on almost every case, and stops one step short of the booking itself. Its reach lifts are percentages on an unstated base, and most of its clients are single-location Dubai businesses, several on ongoing retainers rather than finished campaigns.

Better Me's launch into Dubai chose 12 creators from a shortlist of 40+ and rolled out 95+ UGC assets over a fortnight, for 1.2M+ organic reach, 145K+ engagements, 5,800+ profile visits and 2,100+ clicks to the app. YOPPY's puppy-yoga campaign activated 32 creators for 150+ UGC pieces, 12K+ profile visits and 3,200+ booking-page clicks. CONTRAST's recovery studio onboarded 160 micro-creators for 260+ content assets and 1,300+ clicks to book, and Next Health's longevity clinic took 15 creators to 8,400+ profile visits and 2,100+ clicks to booking pages.

Best for a UAE clinic, studio or wellness app that wants micro-creators reported through to booking clicks.

Tatam Digital logo

Tatam Digital

25 /100
Miami, FL Performance creator programmes, LATAM and Europe

Tatam Digital runs performance creator programmes from Miami, with teams in Buenos Aires and Madrid, for apps and direct-to-consumer brands across Latin America, Europe and the United States.

Its wellness work is creator marketing run as a paid acquisition channel, and it publishes what that implies: installs, cost per thousand against the plan, and a return on ad spend by creator tier. It is the only agency on this page with a revenue-basis return on a wellness client. The scale case is six years old and written as an awards entry, and the return case is a mattress brand in one market, so neither stands in for clinical credibility.

Meditopia's 2020 programme ran 572 creator collaborations across 17 countries for 60,213,465 video views and 250K+ installs and accounts, at an $8 CPM that came in 50% below the expected cost. Emma Sleep's five-month campaign in Mexico ran 113 collaborations for 2M+ views at a 5.27x total return on ad spend, with the return reported by creator tier.

Best for a sleep or mental-health app that wants creators run as paid acquisition and measured on installs and return.

How to choose a health and wellness influencer marketing agency

Wellness creator campaigns carry a claims problem that other categories do not. Every market regulates what can be said about a supplement, a treatment or a device, and a creator who oversells costs the brand more than the campaign earned. The evidence problem is the mirror image: most wellness case studies publish reach and a percentage lift on a base nobody states, and a few publish the click, the install or the sign-up that a buyer can act on. If your last campaign produced impressions and a compliance headache, the job of a shortlist is to find the agency whose creators are believed and whose reports go past reach. Four questions do most of that work.

Ask who reviews the claims

Ask who reads every script before it posts, what the agency will not let a creator say about a product, and what happened the last time a post had to come down. The agencies on this page that work with clinics, supplements and public-health bodies have a process for this. Ask to see it, and ask how it changes when the product is a device or a treatment rather than a drink.

Ask for the case with a click in it

Most wellness cases publish reach and a lift on an unstated base. A few on this page publish booking-page clicks, app installs or link clicks against a target, and one publishes a return on ad spend by creator tier. Ask to see that case, and ask what the clicks became. An agency that tracked bookings or installs gives you a small, specific number. One that did not gives you a large, round one.

Ask what the reach figure counts

Earned-media impressions, potential reach, estimated reach and platform reach all appear on this page, and they are four different things. Earned-media figures count press readership. Potential reach counts the followers of every creator cast. Ask for the platform figure behind any reach number, and whether it counts people or exposures.

Ask which market and which product

Wellness creator work is local. A Dubai clinic, an Indian supplement brand, a Swiss insurer's health product and a US dental network are four audiences under four rulebooks. Ask for a case in your market and your product type before comparing anyone's numbers, and ask whether the creators were health specialists, fitness creators or general-audience creators talking about their routine.

Deal-breakers

Walk away from an agency that cannot describe its claims review without checking. Walk away from a percentage lift with no base, and from a reach figure that turns out to be press readership or a follower total. Walk away from a case study whose stat block and body copy disagree, because several on this page do. And walk away from anyone who will not put creator fees, claims review, paid amplification and the agency fee on separate lines.

Frequently asked questions

Connect with us

None of the agencies on this page publishes a rate, a minimum or a budget band on its own site, so cost is quote-by-brief throughout. Cost has three parts: the creators, whose fees rise with the compliance burden and the usage rights; the agency's fee, usually a retainer or a percentage of spend; and any paid amplification. Claims review adds time on every post, and a clinical product adds more. Ask for the lines separately.

Yes, inside each market's rules on health claims and advertising disclosure, which differ by country and by product type. Prescription products and clinical treatments carry the strictest rules, and some markets restrict specific categories outright. The agencies on this page work in markets from the United States to India to the Gulf, each with its own regime. Ask an agency to walk you through its approval process in your market before you compare its numbers.

At minimum, reach or views from the platform, not an estimate. A better report adds engagement, profile visits and clicks to a booking page, an app store or a product page. The best cases on this page publish installs, clicks against a stated target, or a change in behaviour measured in a test group. Ask which of those the agency can show for a product like yours.

The cases on this page say yes when the creators are local and the number counted is a click toward a booking. One agency on this page runs programmes for single-location studios and clinics in Dubai and publishes profile visits and booking-page clicks per campaign. Ask for the booking count behind the clicks, because the click is where most agencies stop reporting.

Earned-media impressions count press coverage, broadcast pickup and social conversation about a campaign, usually as an estimate. Creator reach counts the audiences of the creators who posted, from the platform. A public-relations agency running creators will often publish the first figure and bury the second. Where an entry on this page cites an earned-media or estimated figure, it says so.

The cases on this page run on Instagram for clinics, studios and supplements, on YouTube for products with a mechanism to explain, and on TikTok for fitness challenges and app launches. Long-form suits a product that needs explaining; short-form suits a routine, a before-and-after or a thirty-day challenge. Ask which the agency has run for a product like yours, and which platform its closest case actually reported.

By reading every case study each agency publishes and keeping the ones with more than one creator campaign for a health or wellness client that carries a result a reader can check. Agencies whose tagged wellness work turned out to be beauty and fragrance, PR without creators or dead pages were left off, as were agencies with a single wellness result. The ten that qualify are scored on the same four measures in the same order.

Because NeoReach publishes the page, its card is featured above the ranking rather than scored inside it. The ten agencies below it are scored on the same four measures in the same order, from their own published case studies. NeoReach's card is written from its own published case studies, which anyone can check at the links on it.

Ranking methodology explained

Every agency on a NeoReach ranking is scored out of 100. On this list that is four dimensions worth 25 each: three read off public records, one judged against a written rubric. A low score means the public record behind an agency is thin, which is not the same as saying its campaigns are weak. Plenty of good agencies publish very little.

Every agency here is scored out of 100, four dimensions worth 25 each, and no dimension outweighs another.

Client impact, industry recognition, and revenue and growth are read off public records: the brands an agency has published work for, how many of its cases carry a quantitative result, its awards and press, and its team size, tenure and office footprint. Creative quality is the one judgement in the model, made against a written rubric applied to every agency in the same order.

Membership is the wellness test: more than one published creator campaign for a health, wellness, nutrition, fitness, sleep or medical brand, or a public-health body, that carries a result a reader can check on the agency's own site. Agencies were found by client across every case they publish, not by how a directory tagged them. Agencies whose tagged health work is beauty and fragrance, PR without creators, or case pages that no longer exist were not ranked, nor were agencies with a single wellness result.

Where two agencies finish level, the higher client impact score goes first, because that dimension is built out of published evidence.

The campaign facts in each entry come from the agency's own case studies, read in September 2026. Where a figure is an earned-media estimate, a potential reach, a lift on an unstated base, a brand-study result or a media value the agency worked out for itself, the entry names it as that.

NeoReach publishes this page. It is featured at the top rather than ranked on it, and carries no score here for that reason.

Why these 4 for this list

A wellness brand shortlisting for creators is asking four things, and only one is whether the content looks good. Creative quality is whether a creator can recommend a product without sounding paid, because in this category a scripted post reads as a warning. Client impact is whether a result was measured and published at all, and in wellness it separates a click toward a booking or an install from a reach estimate. Industry recognition is the only outside opinion in the model. Revenue and growth is whether the team can run a regulated programme for more than one season.

Creative Quality /25
Campaign originality, content innovation and creative execution, read off published case studies, the awards a body of work has taken and the campaign formats an agency actually runs
Client Impact /25
Measurable results delivered to clients: return, engagement, reach, revenue. Counted from the named brands an agency has published work for, how many of its cases carry a quantitative result, and how many client categories that work spans
Industry Recognition /25
Validation from outside the agency: awards weighted by tier, platform partnerships, tier-one press and conference presence
Revenue & Growth /25
Business scale and trajectory: team size band, years in market and office footprint

What is not counted

Anything an agency will only say in a pitch. Unpublished results, client logos with no campaign behind them, and awards entered but not won. Where an agency has nothing a dimension can count, it lands on that dimension's floor, and its entry says so.

The rubric is fixed, not set against whichever agency happens to lead. The same record earns the same points for every agency on the page, NeoReach included.
