About

Fashion is the category creators were made for, and the one where a beautiful post is easiest to mistake for a result. Reach comes with the territory. Whether anyone searched the collection, clicked to shop or bought is a different question.

Every agency ranked below is scored out of 100 on four measures: creative quality, client impact, industry recognition, and revenue and growth. The client impact score is built from published results like these. Weekday: 5.9K purchases from 47 creators. Vinted: 900K organic link clicks and 4K new listers in a half year. H&M: 4.9M YouTube views and a 9.4% engagement increase from 30+ creator videos.

How to choose a fashion influencer marketing agency

Fashion creator content looks like a result before it is one. A well-shot drop will collect reach and engagement almost regardless of who briefed it, so a case study full of impressions tells a brand little about the agency. The shortlist job is to find the agencies that publish what happened after the post, and then to check how they counted it. Four questions do most of the work.

Ask for the number after the click

Several agencies on this page publish purchases, clicks to shop, new sign-ups or a return with its basis stated. Ask to see that case. An agency that reports reach and a media value it calculated itself has measured attention, not sales.

Ask whether the figure is one drop or a year

Fashion programmes run in seasons, and some case studies add a whole year, or several markets, into one headline. That is legitimate if it says so. Ask whether a number is one campaign in one market, and if not, what a single drop delivered.

Ask what the paid layer did

Most fashion creator programmes now run paid amplification behind the posts, and some of the strongest returns on this page came from retargeting built on creator content. Ask for organic and paid delivery reported separately, so the creators' own contribution is visible.

Ask how the agency handles a launch calendar

A drop has a date and the content has to be live before it. Ask how the agency briefs creators against an embargo, how it handles product that arrives late, and how many of the same creators came back for the next season. A programme, not a launch, is what a fashion brand is buying.

Frequently asked questions

Connect with us

None of the agencies ranked here publish an engagement floor on their own websites. Cost has three parts: the creators, whose fees scale with audience size, exclusivity and usage rights; the agency's fee, usually a retainer or a percentage of spend; and any paid amplification. Fashion adds product seeding, the items shipped to creators, which can be a real line at scale. Ask for the lines separately.

At minimum, the reach and engagement the creators' own posts delivered, separated from anything paid. A better report adds clicks to shop, promo code redemptions, new sign-ups or purchases. The best cases on this page publish purchases and a return with the basis stated. Ask which of those an agency can show for a brand like yours.

The case studies on this page show both working, for different jobs. Larger creators and celebrity partnerships carry a launch moment and press. Nano and micro creators at volume carry a collection into many wardrobes and produce the user-generated content a brand can reuse. Several agencies here run both inside one programme and report them separately.

Yes. One of the strongest records on this page is a resale platform's always-on creator programme, reported as organic link clicks, new users and new listers rather than reach. Resale brands have a measurable action on the other side of the click, which makes creator work easier to evaluate than for most fashion categories.

Both appear across the case studies here, often together. Instagram Reels still carries most of the published fashion results on this page, with TikTok used for discovery and trend-led drops. An agency that reports the two separately is easier to compare than one that publishes a blended total.

Earned media value is an agency's estimate of the advertising cost equivalent of the exposure a campaign produced, worked out using its own rate assumptions. It is useful for comparing campaigns inside one agency's reporting. It is not revenue, and a return calculated against it is not a return on spend. Where an entry on this page cites a media value, it says so.

A single drop shows its numbers within days of posting. A programme takes a season or two, because creator selection and briefs get corrected against the first drop's data. The agencies on this page that publish multi-year programmes describe results that built over time. Plan the first season as the learning period and hold the agency to what changed between drops.

Because NeoReach publishes the page, its card is featured above the ranking rather than scored inside it. The nine agencies below it are scored on the same four measures in the same order, from their own published case studies. NeoReach's card is written from its own published fashion case studies, which anyone can check at the links on it.

Ranking methodology explained

Every agency on a NeoReach ranking is scored out of 100. On this list that is four dimensions worth 25 each: three read off public records, one judged against a written rubric. A low score means the public record behind an agency is thin, which is not the same as saying its campaigns are weak. Plenty of good agencies publish very little.

Every agency here is scored out of 100, four dimensions worth 25 each, and no dimension outweighs another.

Client impact, industry recognition, and revenue and growth are read off public records: the brands an agency has published work for, how many of its cases carry a quantitative result, its awards and press, and its team size, tenure and office footprint. Creative quality is the one judgement in the model, made against a written rubric applied to every agency in the same order.

Membership is the fashion test: more than one published campaign for a fashion, apparel, footwear or accessories brand that carries a result.

Where two agencies finish level, the higher client impact score goes first, because that dimension is built out of published evidence.

The campaign facts in each entry come from the agency's own case studies, read in September 2026. Where a figure is a multi-year total, a combined multi-market number, a paid-media result or a media value the agency worked out for itself, the entry names it as that.

NeoReach publishes this page. It is featured at the top rather than ranked on it, and carries no score here for that reason.

Why these 4 for this list

A fashion brand shortlisting an agency is asking four things, and only one of them is whether the content looks good. Creative quality is whether the work belongs on the brand's own grid. Client impact is whether a result was measured and published at all, and in fashion it separates the agencies that report purchases and clicks to shop from the ones that report reach. Industry recognition is the only outside opinion in the model. Revenue and growth is whether the team can run a seasonal calendar across markets, drop after drop.

Creative Quality /25
Campaign originality, content innovation and creative execution, read off published case studies, the awards a body of work has taken and the campaign formats an agency actually runs
Client Impact /25
Measurable results delivered to clients: return, engagement, reach, revenue. Counted from the named brands an agency has published work for, how many of its cases carry a quantitative result, and how many client categories that work spans
Industry Recognition /25
Validation from outside the agency: awards weighted by tier, platform partnerships, tier-one press and conference presence
Revenue & Growth /25
Business scale and trajectory: team size band, years in market and office footprint

What is not counted

Anything an agency will only say in a pitch. Unpublished results, client logos with no campaign behind them, and awards entered but not won. Where an agency has nothing a dimension can count, it lands on that dimension's floor, and its entry says so.

The rubric is fixed, not set against whichever agency happens to lead. The same record earns the same points for every agency on the page, NeoReach included.
