About

Facebook is the channel agencies run and almost never report on its own. Most creator campaigns that touch it are Instagram and TikTok programmes with Facebook as the paid layer, and the case study prints one number for all three.

Every agency ranked below is scored out of 100 on four measures: creative quality, client impact, industry recognition, and revenue and growth. Client impact comes from results the agencies publish themselves, and on Facebook those run from The Goat Agency's 6.7K purchases at a 7.02 return on ad spend for Calvin Klein, to House of Marketers' 7,500 paying subscribers for Daily Burn, to H&R Block's 17.5% engagement rate from personal-finance creators on NeoReach's own card. The entries say which agencies can show what Facebook itself did, and which cannot.

Edelman

83 /100
New York, NY 6,000-plus people, 28 countries

Edelman has been in business since 1952 and is a global public-relations firm run from New York with offices in every major market.

On Facebook it runs the earned-media idea with a paid social layer behind it. Its Facebook cases are Heineken programmes where the platform carried paid impressions inside a much larger campaign, and the results are reach, mentions and sentiment rather than sales. Two of its three Facebook cases are the same client, and the third is a magazine partnership rather than creator work, so it is left out here.

Heineken's The Social Swap produced 1.4B+ total impressions, well above its KPI, with 7,800 mentions across 35 countries, 77M campaign film views at a 100% completion rate and 226M paid social impressions. Heineken's F1 Drive-In for NHS workers reached 60M on social with 88% positive sentiment.

Best for a brand that wants a social idea big enough for press, with Facebook as one of many channels.

Open Influence logo

Open Influence

69 /100
Los Angeles, CA 51-200 people, entertainment-led

Open Influence was founded in Los Angeles in 2013 and runs creator campaigns for entertainment, travel and consumer brands from there.

What it sells on Facebook is delivery you can audit. Every result is printed beside the goal it beat, so the over-delivery is checkable rather than asserted, and its Facebook cases are all creator work with organic platform figures. What it does not publish is what anyone did next: no sale, sign-up or return appears on any of them, and Facebook is one channel in each blend.

Visit Philadelphia's destination campaign put 35 organic posts behind 2.1M+ organic impressions and 55K+ organic engagements, at 627% of the impressions goal and 440% of the engagements goal. Amazon Prime Video's Jack Ryan launch drew 5.1M impressions from 33 posts across Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. California Lottery's holiday scratchers campaign ran at a $4.32 CPM with 13K clicks, 4,692 saves and 500K+ story views.

Best for a destination or entertainment brand that wants creator delivery reported against a stated goal.

We Are Social logo

We Are Social

66 /100
London, United Kingdom 1,300 people in 19 offices

We Are Social has run social-first campaigns from London since 2008, with offices from Los Angeles to Jakarta.

On Facebook it builds the moment first and runs it across every platform at once, so its Facebook figures are always part of a blend and the page never breaks them out. One of its four Facebook cases is a decade-long channel management retainer with no results published, and that one is left out here.

Pepsi's opening ceremony for the UEFA Champions League final drew 250M+ views and 3M likes across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook combined, with 2M people on the TikTok live broadcast. Interpride's Global Pride Crossing produced 1M minutes watched across Twitch, Facebook and YouTube, 25M hashtag impressions and 90 pieces of news coverage. eBay's Gen-Z campaign lifted positive sentiment to 81% against a 51% benchmark and relevancy to 73% against 60%.

Best for a brand that wants a creator-fronted live moment built for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook together.

Viral Nation logo

Viral Nation

61 /100
Toronto, ON Enterprise, social commerce

Viral Nation was founded in 2014 and runs creator campaigns from Toronto, with a client list across games, consumer and entertainment brands.

On Facebook it runs the always-on creator programme across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok and reports the blended total, never Facebook's share. Its Facebook cases are clean on the page and stop at interactions: none publishes a sale or a cost, and the agency-level return multiples in its marketing are tied to no case here.

Michael Phelps' Chilly GOAT Cold Tubs drew 5M views and 169K engagements across an eight-month programme of 556 content pieces from 18 creators. PUBG Mobile's Star Challenge produced 3.5M reach, 2.4M impressions and 1.5M interactions across five platforms. Energizer's holiday campaign delivered 806K views, 832K interactions and 4.6K clicks from six creators.

Best for a games or consumer brand that wants always-on creator programmes across Meta and TikTok.

The Goat Agency logo

The Goat Agency

58 /100
London, United Kingdom 750 people across 41 markets

The Goat Agency was founded in London in 2015 and runs creator campaigns worldwide, with a client list across fashion, food and consumer brands.

On Facebook it runs creator content through paid media, and it is the only agency on this page that publishes a purchase count beside a return with its basis stated. Facebook is the paid amplification layer on its strongest case rather than the creators' home, and the page says so. Its largest engagement figure is a five-year total, labelled as such below.

Calvin Klein's holiday campaign put eight fashion creators behind 4.3M impressions, 34K clicks and 847K engagements, for 6.7K purchases at a 7.02 return on ad spend. Mars Wrigley's Crispy Rolls drew 12M engagements and 32M impressions at a £0.02 cost per engagement. Qualcomm's Snapdragon at Coachella produced 265M impressions, 14M engagements and $422K in attributable revenue from three creators, and NIVEA's 65M engagements are a five-year total.

Best for a fashion or consumer brand that wants creator content run as Meta ads and measured on purchases.

Influential logo

Influential

53 /100
Las Vegas, NV 501-1000 people, enterprise and CPG

Influential was founded in 2013, runs from Las Vegas and matches creators to brands on its own platform, with a client list across food, media and consumer brands.

On Facebook it runs creator campaigns across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook and publishes counted outcomes, visits and sales, where most of this page publishes reach. Facebook is a channel tag rather than a reported platform on its cases, and one of its pages uses the same number for views and store visits, so the figure below carries the label the page gives it.

ESSENCE Festival of Culture's creator campaign drove a record $684K in ticket sales and 150K site visits at a click-through rate 25% over benchmark, with 98% positive sentiment. Denny's year-long partnership put creators behind a year of new meals for 1.6M attributable visits and ad recall 107% over the Facebook and Instagram benchmarks. Audible's campaign drew 250K organic video views at a view-through rate 69% over benchmark.

Best for an events, entertainment or restaurant brand that wants creator campaigns measured on visits and sales.

Vero logo

Vero

52 /100
Bangkok, Thailand Communications consultancy, seven ASEAN markets

Vero was founded in 2007 and is a communications consultancy running from Bangkok, with teams across seven Southeast Asian markets.

It is a public-relations firm that runs creators, and on Facebook it has the one case on this page that ran on the platform and nowhere else: a creator takeover of the brand's own page. Its other Facebook cases are multi-country programmes with press and creators mixed, one of which prints an estimated reach so large it is a unit error, and that figure is left out here.

Bilibili's watch party with Andre Knite took over the brand's Facebook page with no paid support for 500K+ organic reach, 118.5K engagements, 30.7K clicks and 16% follower growth. DORCO's year-long campaign reached 14.5M people with 13M impressions across Instagram and Facebook, 3M engagements and 120K participants. Singapore Changi Airport's two-day social stunt drew 11M paid reach and 1M engagements.

Best for a brand in Southeast Asia that wants a creator moment on its own Facebook page.

The Shelf logo

The Shelf

51 /100
Brooklyn, NY

The Shelf runs creator campaigns from Atlanta on its own influencer platform, with a client list across food, retail and health.

On Facebook it writes its cases as delivery against a contract, with the goal beside the result, and it is one of two agencies on this page that publishes a Facebook-specific figure inside a wider campaign. Its stat counters render as zero without a browser, and several of its pages carry two different values for the same metric, so the entry uses the figure the page repeats.

Peelz Citrus' campaign delivered 41.1M impressions against a 21M goal and 1.7M engagements against 1.2M, with 145% of the promised assets delivered and Meta's Advantage+ optimisation cutting CPM 26% while lifting CTR 17%. KIDZ BOP's summer and holiday campaigns reached 3.6M+ people, with one Facebook video passing 370K views on its own. Savers Value Village's programme delivered 93M+ impressions over two years, three quarters of them paid, and Natori's holiday campaign reached 2.6M for 50K engagements at a 4.42% engagement rate.

Best for a US consumer brand that wants creator campaigns delivered against a contract and amplified through Meta.

House of Marketers logo

House of Marketers

44 /100
London, UK Founded by former TikTok staff

House of Marketers was founded in London in 2020 and runs TikTok-first creator campaigns with paid media behind them, mostly for apps.

On Facebook it runs creator content as paid social, with Facebook as the amplification layer beneath TikTok and Instagram creators, and it publishes cost per outcome on most of its cases. Every figure is a cross-platform total, and its stat counters render as zero without a browser, so the numbers below were read from the page's own markup.

Daily Burn's programme produced 7,500 paying subscribers at a cost per acquisition more than 60% below target, from 30M+ impressions and 300K+ clicks across four platforms. Hint's programme acquired 1,500+ paying subscribers at a $30 cost per acquisition from 200K+ landing-page views. IGG's Lords Mobile campaign drove 82K app installs at $4 each from 9M video views, and Artisse's AI app took 18K+ installs at $2.50 each from 8M+ video views.

Best for an app or subscription that wants creator content run as paid social and measured on cost per acquisition.

Zorka.Agency

22 /100
Limassol, Cyprus 51-200 people, gaming-only

Zorka.Agency has run campaigns from Limassol since 2014 for game publishers, and publishes pricing tiers from $20K+ on its homepage.

On Facebook it runs game launches and brand collaborations with creators across YouTube, TikTok, Meta and X, and reports a blended view count with Facebook folded into Meta. Half of its Facebook-tagged record is esports management rather than creator work, its stat blocks print the word positive where a return should be, and its figures live in the page's data rather than its visible text.

Tencent's PUBG Mobile brand collaborations drew 31M campaign views at a 9% engagement rate across a run of partner promotions. Plarium's build with Kamui Cosplay produced 25M+ campaign views at an 8% engagement rate from a two-month collaboration.

Best for a game publisher that wants creator launches across Meta, YouTube and TikTok, from $20K.

How to choose a Facebook influencer marketing agency

Facebook creator work is mostly paid work. The audience skews older than TikTok's, the organic reach of a creator post is small, and the agencies that get results run creator content as ads through Meta's tools. That changes what a case study can tell you, because Meta's dashboard reports Facebook and Instagram together and most agencies print exactly what the dashboard gives them. If your last campaign produced a Meta total and no idea what Facebook contributed, the job of a shortlist is to find the agency that can split the number and has a customer to show for it. Four questions do most of that work.

Ask for Facebook's own number

Almost every case on this page prints one figure across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. One agency publishes a Facebook-only campaign, and two publish a Facebook-specific figure inside a wider one. Ask the agency to break Facebook out, from the Meta dashboard, for at least one campaign. If it cannot, it does not know what Facebook contributed either.

Ask what the paid layer did

Creator content on Facebook usually reaches people because the agency put money behind it. Ask how much of the reach was paid, what the creative cost per result was, and whether the creator's organic post did anything on its own. An agency that runs creator content as Meta ads should be able to show the creative test that picked the winner.

Ask for a case with a customer in it

A few agencies on this page publish purchases, paying subscribers, app installs or a cost per acquisition, and one publishes the purchase count beside its return. Ask to see that case. Impressions on Facebook are cheap; a counted customer is not.

Ask about the audience

Facebook's users are older, and the cases on this page that worked there had a product for that audience: a tax service, a fitness subscription, a holiday gift, a meal kit. Ask the agency for the age profile its creators actually reached on Facebook, and whether your buyer is on the platform at all before paying to reach them there.

Deal-breakers

Walk away from an agency that will not split a Meta total by platform. Walk away from a return on ad spend whose basis nobody can explain, and from a media value quoted as if it were revenue. Walk away from a case where Facebook appears in the channel list and nowhere else on the page. And walk away from anyone who will not put creator fees, Meta media, production and the agency fee on separate lines.

Frequently asked questions

Connect with us

One agency on this page publishes a floor: Zorka.Agency states tiers starting at $20K+ on its homepage. The rest quote by brief. Cost has three parts: the creators, whose fees depend on audience size and usage rights; the agency's fee; and the Meta media budget behind the creator content, which on Facebook is usually the largest line. Ask for the three separately, and ask which line the published result depended on.

It works as paid creator content for an audience that is on Facebook, and the cases on this page that count customers say so: a fashion brand's holiday campaign, a fitness subscription, a tax-preparation service. It works less well as organic posting, because a creator's organic reach on Facebook is a fraction of the same post on Instagram. Ask the agency which of the two it is proposing.

Facebook's own reach, impressions and clicks from the Meta dashboard, separated from Instagram and from other platforms. A better report adds the paid and organic split and a cost per result. The best cases on this page add purchases, subscribers or app installs. Ask which of those an agency can show for a product like yours.

Because Meta's ad tools place one campaign across both, and agencies report what the dashboard gives them. That is fine for a media buy and unhelpful for choosing a Facebook agency. Where an entry on this page cites a blended total, it says so. Ask for the platform breakdown before comparing any two agencies' numbers.

A return on ad spend divides tracked revenue by the money spent, and one agency on this page publishes it with the purchase count beside it. A media value is the agency's estimate of what the exposure would have cost as advertising. It is not revenue, and a return calculated against it is not a return on spend. Where an entry on this page cites either, it names the basis.

Creators whose audience is already there: personal-finance writers, parenting creators, fitness coaches, and video creators whose clips travel through shares. The cases on this page that report a Facebook-specific result used creators of that kind. Ask the agency for the age profile of the audience its creators reached on Facebook.

By reading every case study each agency publishes and keeping the ones with more than one creator campaign that names Facebook on the agency's own page and carries a result a reader can check. Agencies whose Facebook work turned out to be channel management, paid media or community operations without creators were left off. The ten that qualify are scored on the same four measures in the same order.

Because NeoReach publishes the page, its card is featured above the ranking rather than scored inside it. The ten agencies below it are scored on the same four measures in the same order, from their own published case studies. NeoReach's card is written from its own published Facebook case study, which anyone can check at the link on it.

Ranking methodology explained

Every agency on a NeoReach ranking is scored out of 100. On this list that is four dimensions worth 25 each: three read off public records, one judged against a written rubric. A low score means the public record behind an agency is thin, which is not the same as saying its campaigns are weak. Plenty of good agencies publish very little.

Every agency here is scored out of 100, four dimensions worth 25 each, and no dimension outweighs another.

Client impact, industry recognition, and revenue and growth are read off public records: the brands an agency has published work for, how many of its cases carry a quantitative result, its awards and press, and its team size, tenure and office footprint. Creative quality is the one judgement in the model, made against a written rubric applied to every agency in the same order.

Membership is the Facebook test: more than one published creator campaign that names Facebook as a channel on the agency's own case page and carries a result a reader can check. Agencies whose Facebook work is channel management, paid media or community operations without creators were not ranked, and cases of that kind at ranked agencies were set aside.

Where two agencies finish level, the higher client impact score goes first, because that dimension is built out of published evidence.

The campaign facts in each entry come from the agency's own case studies, read in September 2026. Almost every figure on this page is a total across Facebook and other platforms, because that is how the agencies publish it. Where a figure is Facebook's own, an earned-media estimate, a multi-year total or a media value the agency worked out for itself, the entry names it as that.

NeoReach publishes this page. It is featured at the top rather than ranked on it, and carries no score here for that reason.

Why these 4 for this list

A brand shortlisting for Facebook is asking four things, and only one is whether the content looks good. Creative quality is whether a creator's post survives a feed built for friends and family. Client impact is whether a result was measured and published at all, and on Facebook it separates the agencies that count purchases and subscribers from the ones that publish a blended reach. Industry recognition is the only outside opinion in the model. Revenue and growth is whether the team can run creator content through Meta's paid tools month after month, not once.

Creative Quality /25
Campaign originality, content innovation and creative execution, read off published case studies, the awards a body of work has taken and the campaign formats an agency actually runs
Client Impact /25
Measurable results delivered to clients: return, engagement, reach, revenue. Counted from the named brands an agency has published work for, how many of its cases carry a quantitative result, and how many client categories that work spans
Industry Recognition /25
Validation from outside the agency: awards weighted by tier, platform partnerships, tier-one press and conference presence
Revenue & Growth /25
Business scale and trajectory: team size band, years in market and office footprint

What is not counted

Anything an agency will only say in a pitch. Unpublished results, client logos with no campaign behind them, and awards entered but not won. Where an agency has nothing a dimension can count, it lands on that dimension's floor, and its entry says so.

The rubric is fixed, not set against whichever agency happens to lead. The same record earns the same points for every agency on the page, NeoReach included.
