About

A creator trip always produces content. Whether it produced a booking is the question most agencies never answer.

Every agency ranked below is scored out of 100 on four measures: creative quality, client impact, industry recognition, and revenue and growth. Client impact comes from results the agencies publish themselves, and in travel those run from Visit Britain's bookings rising 15% year on year after one creator's road trip, to Air New Zealand getting an 80% jump in Thai searches from a single video, to Wizz Air putting 36 creators on one plane for 138M impressions. The entries say which of those each agency actually delivers.

YKONE logo

YKONE

70 /100
Paris, France 201-500 people, luxury and travel

YKONE was founded in Paris in 2008 and works in luxury, beauty and travel, with teams across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America.

Its travel work is always-on rather than campaign-shaped. A destination or a resort is kept in creator content continuously, month after month, and events are dropped into a programme that was already running. That is what a brand buys here: presence, in categories where presence is the product. The scale is real and the reporting is blended, and most of YKONE's travel record sits in decks rather than on its website, so only some of it can be checked.

Experience Abu Dhabi's NBA Games 2025 programme reports 403.5M reach, 2.2B impressions and 24.8M interactions across a season of creator and celebrity travel. Wynn Las Vegas's creators programme put 84 creators behind 1,500 posts for 417M impressions at a 2.2% engagement rate and $9.4M in earned media value, which is a media estimate rather than revenue. Explora Journeys' Ocean State of Mind, the inaugural season of one cruise ship, took 19 creators and 555 posts to 74.5M impressions and 611.4K interactions.

Best for a destination or luxury hotel that wants to be permanently present, and will accept a blended figure for it.

Open Influence logo

Open Influence

69 /100
Los Angeles, CA 51-200 people, entertainment-led

Open Influence was founded in Los Angeles in 2013 and runs creator campaigns for entertainment, travel and consumer brands from there.

What it sells in travel is delivery you can audit. Every result is printed beside the goal it beat, so the over-delivery is checkable rather than asserted, and the figures are organic platform numbers rather than press estimates. What it does not publish is what travellers did next: no booking, search or revenue figure appears on any of its travel cases.

Visit Philadelphia's destination campaign put 35 posts in front of a combined creator audience of 5.5M+ for 2.1M+ organic impressions and 55K+ organic engagements, at 627% of the impressions goal and 440% of the engagements goal. Uber's Comfort Electric sent six creators to rediscover their own cities for 1.6M+ views and 361K+ engagements. The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority campaign over-delivered its impressions goal by 176%.

Expect a report that measures the media plan precisely and the business not at all.

Best for a tourism board that wants creator delivery reported against a stated goal.

Disrupt Marketing logo

Disrupt Marketing

54 /100
London, UK Performance-led, tracked-link reporting

Disrupt Marketing was founded in London in 2010 and runs creator campaigns for travel, food and consumer brands from there.

Its travel work is the single big activation, and it publishes the inputs beside the outputs. The creator count, the content count and the forecast are on the page next to the delivered figure, so a reader can see how a number was built. Its results are impressions and engagement against forecast, and none of its travel cases carries a booking or a revenue figure, though the same agency publishes both in other categories.

Wizz Air's Let's Get Lost took 36 creators and a planeload of competition winners to a destination revealed on arrival, and 700 pieces of content produced 138M impressions and 5.7M+ engagements at a 5.5% engagement rate, 1526% of the forecast impressions. Delphin Hotels' campaign delivered 8.6M+ organic impressions and 238K engagements at 2.77%. Madame Tussauds London's Gen-Z campaign ran to 650K impressions and 33K+ engagements at a 6.8% engagement rate, and Wonderful Indonesia's UK food-creator push took 5.8M impressions.

Best for an airline, attraction or hotel group that wants one big creator trip with the scale on the page.

Vero logo

Vero

52 /100
Bangkok, Thailand Communications consultancy, seven ASEAN markets

Vero was founded in 2007 and is a communications consultancy running from Bangkok, with teams across seven Southeast Asian markets.

It is a public-relations firm that runs creators, and its travel record reads that way. A programme starts with an earned-media idea, creators and KOLs carry it, and press picks it up, so half of Vero's published figures are coverage counts and press reach rather than creator delivery. Read those apart and the creator layer is strong: Vero is one of the few agencies on this page that publishes a demand signal.

Air New Zealand's Soar Beyond put one Thai creator behind 14.3M views, 4.6M reach and 109K engagements, and Thai-language Google searches for New Zealand rose 80%, with 180K searches during the campaign window. Booking.com and the Tourism Authority of Thailand's #ExploreThaiTaste took a short run of creator posts to 162K engagements inside a campaign reporting 2.52B impressions across earned media and creator content together. The second-year Thai Foodie Map produced 547K engagements and 8.8M impressions from creator posts, with 205 pieces of coverage. Singapore Changi Airport's two-day social stunt drew 11M paid reach and 1M engagements.

Best for a destination or airline entering Southeast Asia that wants creators inside a communications programme.

Pepper logo

Pepper

52 /100
London, United Kingdom 11-50 people, travel and lifestyle creators

Pepper was founded in London in 2019 and is a small creator agency whose published work leans on travel: eight travel cases, more than any other agency on this page.

What it sells is the campaign reported against its own plan. Every case prints the target beside the delivery, so the over-delivery is checkable, and one case goes further than anyone else here and publishes a bookings figure. That figure comes with a caveat the page prints itself: the 12.2x return is measured on campaign-exposed users with no spend stated.

Visit Britain's road trip put one creator behind a hero film, a Reel and a run of Stories localised for France and Germany, for 21.6M impressions, a +195% lift in booking intent among exposed audiences and bookings up 15% year on year in those markets. Trainline's campaign turned 6.85M impressions into 86K clicks at a 10% engagement rate. Enterprise's six-country programme delivered 81 pieces of content and 21.4M impressions at a 5.48% click-through rate, and Princess Cruises' creators reached an audience 73% new to cruising at a 5.9% engagement rate.

Best for a tourism board, cruise line or rail brand that wants creator campaigns reported against a plan, and once against bookings.

HireInfluence logo

HireInfluence

51 /100
Los Angeles, CA Full-service, experiential activations

HireInfluence was founded in 2011 and runs creator campaigns from Los Angeles, with offices in Austin and New York.

Its travel work is the launch activation. Creators are cast in paired cohorts around one moment, a new route or a national expo, and the mechanics are on the page: who posted, in what order, on which channel. The reporting is clean and every figure verifies, but it stops at engagement. Southwest's brief was pre-sale tickets, and no ticket figure follows.

Southwest Airlines' first-ever Hawaii routes were unveiled by six mainland creators and then handed to six Hawaii-based creators for Instagram Story takeovers, for 56M impressions and 3M engagements at a $0.03 cost per engagement. Taiwan Expo's US launch for TAITRA ran creators inside a campaign that also bought billboards, radio and press, and reports 7.1M impressions, 135K engagements, 6K clicks and 102K messages opened across all of it.

Best for an airline or tourism body launching a route or an event with creators as one layer of a bigger push.

Allison Worldwide logo

Allison Worldwide

49 /100
New York, NY Global communications network

Allison Worldwide was founded in 2001 and is a communications agency run from New York with offices across the United States, Europe and Asia.

It is a public-relations firm that runs creators, and its travel results read that way: the headline number is press, and the creator number sits beside it two or three orders of magnitude smaller. Read them apart and the creator ideas are sharp, built to give the press something to cover rather than to deliver reach on their own.

Booking.com's APAC campaign built one unbookable suite at RYSE in Seoul around K-pop soloist KANGDANIEL, and one fan booked it for a token price: 630K+ organic reach through the artist's own channels, 700 pieces of positive coverage and 98K+ impressions on the brand's channels. Kimpton's Stay Human Creator Collective, the hotel group's first international campaign, reports 2.1B global media impressions, an earned-press figure, against 700K influencer impressions from the creators themselves.

Expect the creator layer to be the smaller line in the report, and buy it for the idea.

Best for a hotel group or travel platform that wants a creator idea built to earn press.

The Influencer Marketing Factory logo

The Influencer Marketing Factory

47 /100
Miami, FL Global, reporting-led

The Influencer Marketing Factory was founded in Miami in 2018 and runs creator campaigns for music labels, apps and destinations across TikTok, YouTube and Instagram.

Its travel work is volume: hundreds of creators over a season, reported on views and audience size rather than on anything a traveller did next. None of its travel cases publishes a click, a download count or a return, and two of the three print the creators' follower totals as if they were results. The delivery figures underneath are real and verify on the page.

Airalo's Latin America programme put 266 creators behind three traveller personas over three months, for 42.8M+ combined views and 193K shares and saves, and the page says it drove app installs without counting them. Korea Tourism Organization's #VisitKoreaFromHome reached 1.2M people for 1.6M+ TikTok views. ALG's resort brands, CheapCaribbean, BeachBound and Apple Vacations, took 1.8M+ TikTok views and 570K Instagram views across a group programme.

Best for a travel app or destination that wants creator volume across Latin America and Asia, reported on views.

Hoopla Marketing logo

Hoopla Marketing

45 /100
Manchester, United Kingdom 2-10 people, social and influencer

Hoopla Marketing was founded in Manchester in 2014 and is a small team that runs creator and paid social campaigns for UK hotels and consumer brands.

Its travel work is the hotel visit programme. Local creators with authority in a niche are hosted at one property, brief in hand, and paid social runs behind their content to push it to the hotel's target audience. It is the most commercial reporting on this page and the least explained: most of its hotel cases publish a return on ad spend, and none publishes the arithmetic. Most of its published hotel cases are also one client group.

Exclusive Collection's programme across four luxury hotels put 49 creators behind 536 pieces of content for 8M reach and 567K engagements, at a 30.2x return on ad spend as the agency publishes it, basis unstated. The Manor House campaign ran 158 pieces of content to 287K engagements at 20.8x on the same basis. Warner Leisure Hotels, the one independent client, gave its creators tracked affiliate links for 850K impressions and 90.3K engagements, and publishes no return.

Ask for the return arithmetic before you buy the return.

Best for a UK hotel or resort that wants local creator visits with paid amplification behind them.

House of Marketers logo

House of Marketers

44 /100
London, UK Founded by former TikTok staff

House of Marketers was founded in London in 2020 and runs TikTok-first creator campaigns with paid media behind them, mostly for apps.

Its travel record is one hotel and one season, and the outcome it reports is the honest kind: growth on the client's own channel rather than a reach estimate. The page says the brief was conversions, and no conversion figure follows, so the case is proof of an audience built, not of rooms sold.

Ibiza Rocks sent lifestyle and student micro-creators to stay at the hotel and post unscripted under #ThisIsIbiza, for 40K+ new followers on the hotel's TikTok account, 5M+ video impressions and a 12% engagement rate, with month-on-month follower growth of 150% on an unstated base. The same campaign appears on two of the agency's pages with identical figures, so it counts once.

Best for a hotel or venue that wants a TikTok account built by creators who stayed there.

How to choose a travel influencer marketing agency

A creator trip is the easiest thing in influencer marketing to make look successful and the hardest to make pay. Every creator comes home with content, every agency comes home with an impressions figure, and the question of whether anyone booked anything gets answered later, or never. If your last programme produced a highlight reel and a number nobody in finance believed, the job of a shortlist is to find the agency that measured something. Four questions do most of that work.

Ask what happened after the trip

A trip is an input. The result is what travellers did in the weeks after it: searched, clicked through to a booking engine, redeemed a code, booked. A few agencies on this page publish those figures. Most publish reach.

Ask for the case closest to yours and ask what it measured past impressions. Ask whether creators carried tracked links or codes, and what those links produced. An agency that tracked bookings gives you a small, specific number. An agency that did not gives you a large, round one.

Ask what the reach figure counts

Travel case studies carry some of the largest numbers in the industry, and they count different things. A press reach figure counts the readership of every outlet that covered the campaign. A combined audience figure counts the followers of every creator cast, whether or not they saw the post. Impressions count exposures, not people. All three appear on this page, and the entries say which is which.

Ask for the platform figure behind any reach number, and whether it counts people or exposures. Ask what share of it came from paid amplification behind the creator content.

Ask about the second season

Destination marketing is a standing programme, not a launch. The agencies that do it well keep a destination in creator content month after month and drop events into a programme that was already running. Ask for campaigns run for the same destination in different seasons, what changed between them, and how many of the same creators came back. An agency with a programme answers with specifics about cadence and casting. An agency that runs trips tells you about the trip.

Ask what a return on ad spend was measured against

Some hotel campaigns on this page publish returns many times their spend. Those figures can be real, and they can be calculated against a room-rate estimate, a media value, or booking revenue tracked through a code. The page rarely says which. Ask for the numerator and the denominator, and ask who worked them out. A return with no arithmetic is a claim, not a result.

Deal-breakers

Walk away from an agency that quotes press reach or a combined creator audience as campaign delivery. Walk away from one that cannot say what the creators' links produced. Walk away from a return on ad spend whose basis nobody in the room can explain. And walk away from anyone who will not put creator fees, travel costs, paid amplification and the agency fee on separate lines.

Frequently asked questions

Connect with us

There is no list price, and no agency on this page publishes one. Cost has four parts in travel where other categories have three: the creators, whose fees scale with audience size and usage rights; the trip itself, meaning flights, rooms and hosting, which the destination or hotel often covers in kind; paid amplification behind the posts that perform; and the agency's fee on top. Ask every shortlist for the same breakdown, and ask which of the four the published results depended on.

At minimum, the platform figures for reach, views and engagement on the creators' own posts, separated from any press coverage. A better report adds clicks to a booking page, searches for the destination during the campaign window, and code redemptions. The best cases on this page publish a booking uplift or a search lift with the window stated. Ask which of those an agency can show for a destination or property like yours.

A trip suits a launch, a new route, a reopening or an event, and it produces a spike. An always-on programme suits a destination that has to stay in the feed across seasons, and it produces presence. The agencies on this page split along that line: some publish single trips with the creator count on the page, others publish a year's programme as one blended figure. Ask for the shape that matches your calendar, and ask to see the reporting for it.

Press reach counts the readership of every outlet that covered the campaign, usually as an estimate, and it can run into the billions. Creator reach counts the audiences that saw the creators' own posts, from the platform. A communications agency that runs creators will often publish the first. Where an entry on this page cites a press figure, it says so, and the creator figure sits beside it.

It is revenue attributed to the campaign divided by what was spent, and it is only as good as the two numbers behind it. Hotel campaigns on this page publish returns many times their spend with no arithmetic shown, so a reader cannot tell whether the revenue was tracked bookings or an estimate of room-nights. Ask the agency for the numerator and the denominator. Where an entry on this page cites a return, it says whether the basis was published.

The cases on this page run on Instagram for hotels, resorts and destination imagery, on TikTok and YouTube for airline and route launches where a single creator's video can travel, and on YouTube for long-form trips. Short video did the largest single-creator numbers on this page. Ask which platform the agency's closest case ran on, and whether the figure is one platform or a blend.

By reading every case study each agency publishes and keeping the ones with more than one creator campaign for a travel or hospitality client that carries a result a reader can check. Several well-known agencies with one strong travel case, and several with tourism clients but no creator work or no numbers, were left off. The page ranks what can be verified rather than padding the list, and the ten that qualify are scored on the same four measures in the same order.

Because NeoReach publishes the page, its card is featured above the ranking rather than scored inside it. The six agencies below it are scored on the same four measures in the same order, from their own published case studies. NeoReach's card is written from its own published travel case studies, which anyone can check at the links on it.

Ranking methodology explained

Every agency on a NeoReach ranking is scored out of 100. On this list that is four dimensions worth 25 each: three read off public records, one judged against a written rubric. A low score means the public record behind an agency is thin, which is not the same as saying its campaigns are weak. Plenty of good agencies publish very little.

Every agency here is scored out of 100, four dimensions worth 25 each, and no dimension outweighs another.

Client impact, industry recognition, and revenue and growth are read off public records: the brands an agency has published work for, how many of its cases carry a quantitative result, its awards and press, and its team size, tenure and office footprint. Creative quality is the one judgement in the model, made against a written rubric applied to every agency in the same order.

Membership is the travel test: more than one published creator campaign for a destination, airline, hotel, cruise line or travel platform that carries a result a reader can check on the agency's own site. Agencies were found by client across every case they publish, not by how a directory tagged them. Agencies with a single travel result, or whose travel work is film, print or experiential without creators, were not ranked.

Where two agencies finish level, the higher client impact score goes first, because that dimension is built out of published evidence.

The campaign facts in each entry come from the agency's own case studies, read in September 2026. Where a figure is a press reach estimate, a combined creator audience, an earned media value or a return on ad spend with no basis published, the entry names it as that.

NeoReach publishes this page. It is featured at the top rather than ranked on it, and carries no score here for that reason.

Why these 4 for this list

A tourism board or hotel group shortlisting for creators is asking four things, and only one is whether the content looks good. Creative quality is whether the trip produced something a traveller would watch on purpose. Client impact is whether a result was measured and published at all, and in travel it separates a booking or a search from a reach estimate. Industry recognition is the only outside opinion in the model. Revenue and growth is whether the team can still run your programme in the second season, when the launch trip is over.

Creative Quality /25
Campaign originality, content innovation and creative execution, read off published case studies, the awards a body of work has taken and the campaign formats an agency actually runs
Client Impact /25
Measurable results delivered to clients: return, engagement, reach, revenue. Counted from the named brands an agency has published work for, how many of its cases carry a quantitative result, and how many client categories that work spans
Industry Recognition /25
Validation from outside the agency: awards weighted by tier, platform partnerships, tier-one press and conference presence
Revenue & Growth /25
Business scale and trajectory: team size band, years in market and office footprint

What is not counted

Anything an agency will only say in a pitch. Unpublished results, client logos with no campaign behind them, and awards entered but not won. Where an agency has nothing a dimension can count, it lands on that dimension's floor, and its entry says so.

The rubric is fixed, not set against whichever agency happens to lead. The same record earns the same points for every agency on the page, NeoReach included.
