About

Creator programmes generate recurring work long before content goes live. Someone checks profiles, follows up on responses, updates campaign records and prepares reports. Social production adds its own cycle of briefs, variations and approvals. Choosing an automation partner means deciding which parts of that work it should take on.

The useful question is how the process will run after setup. Your team needs to know what triggers a task, who reviews its output and where exceptions go. A faster draft has value when the next person can trust it and knows what action to take.

We reviewed agencies with published AI services relevant to influencer or social marketing, alongside named client examples. Their offers span creator operations, custom agents, marketing measurement and creative production. Some operate the process for clients; others build the system that a client team will use.

This list helps you compare those operating arrangements. Use the cases to understand the work each agency has delivered, then ask for a demonstration of the recurring tasks in your own programme. Agree approvals, monitoring and support before handing over the process.

Monks

61 /100
London, UK Global network, production-led

Monks offers managed AI operations through Monks.Flow, connecting agents with marketing tools and data. Its creator services cover production and campaigns, including generative AI use in UGC work. The operating question for a buyer is how those capabilities connect with the content and commerce activity already planned.

The Pringles and Netflix Stranger Prices campaign provides a specific example. Facial recognition AI read creator reactions on Twitch and automatically changed Amazon prices. The premiere-night activation recorded sales 432% above the daily average and a 656% increase in unique visitors to the brand store. The system joined a live content moment with a retail action.

Dove Hair’s Project Baddie programme shows another part of the delivery operation. Social listening informed the creator selection, then 11 creators produced content with brand feedback, generating 600K+ views at a 4.8% average engagement rate.

Consider Monks when several teams need to act on the same campaign information. Ask how its managed service receives inputs, handles approvals and passes work between production and distribution. The proposal should identify the person monitoring each connection and the route for correcting an output while a campaign is running.

DEPT Agency logo

DEPT Agency

60 /100
Location not disclosed Digital agency with technology and marketing teams

DEPT connects marketing tools and processes through its Deptify agent offer and AI engineering services. Its influencer service explicitly includes AI and automation within campaign management. This is relevant when recurring work crosses content teams, media specialists and the client’s own production staff.

For Savage X Fenty, the agency delivered a content programme spanning TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and streaming. Output included 110 TikToks and 122 Instagram assets. Published YouTube measures include a 39% reduction in customer acquisition cost and an 85% reduction in cost per lead. The case provides both production volume and campaign cost measures.

The eBay relationship adds internal production and social delivery experience. Its creator and social strategy recorded increases of 256% in reach and 254% in engagement, while the wider relationship also covered AI-enabled production and an internal team implementation.

DEPT suits an organisation that wants the process designed around several working teams. Bring a recurring brief and show where approval or data currently stalls. Ask the agency to map the destination of each output, the person who reviews it and the information returned to the next brief. Agree how changes to responsibilities will be introduced and monitored.

Jellyfish logo

Jellyfish

32 /100
Location not disclosed Global digital marketing and technology business

Jellyfish offers Social Agents that use Gemini and strategist input to analyse brands, creators, communities and competitors. Its wider service includes AI adoption and marketing technology implementation. A buyer can use that combination to connect recurring social analysis with the people making content and media decisions.

The Gentle Monster case demonstrates the measurement work behind an ongoing campaign. After Meta Conversions API implementation, Jellyfish reports a 50% decrease in average purchase acquisition cost and a 122% increase in ROAS. It also reports 52% more purchase conversions captured by the measurement setup. These are before-and-after campaign reporting measures.

Amazon Fashion provides creator delivery context. Its campaign work across seasons and European markets generated 923M impressions and 1.5M clicks. The case shows the creative and distribution activity that can sit alongside the agency’s social analysis services.

Jellyfish is a useful candidate when your recurring process needs a clear path between analysis, action and reporting. Ask who checks an agent’s finding, how it changes the next brief and which campaign records return to the team. Set review responsibilities and reporting definitions before the process becomes part of ongoing operations.

Admiral Media logo

Admiral Media

27 /100
Dubai, United Arab Emirates Managed AI creative production and paid acquisition

Admiral Media runs managed AI creative production with human editing and brand review. The Dubai agency’s process connects generated variants with campaign feedback, giving app marketers a way to commission recurring creative work around a defined testing plan.

For StarChef 2, Admiral used agent workflows to create assets and ran a test matrix across 60+ variations. Performance data fed later prompts, while templates and brand rules kept the output aligned with the game. The case reports a 55% click-through rate lift, a 45% increase in ROAS and an 18% reduction in customer acquisition cost.

Fastic’s AI Creative Factory supplies another example of the recurring process. Generative production creates variations, live results inform selection and brand rules control output. The case attributes a 70% reduction in cost per result to the AI production programme.

Admiral suits a team that needs an operator for the cycle between creative brief, approved assets and campaign findings. Define the testing question and the product materials the agency will receive. Agree who approves each batch, who manages media and how results inform the next brief. Keep those responsibilities visible as the programme adds concepts, formats or markets.

Brainlabs logo

Brainlabs

19 /100
Location not disclosed Media agency with custom marketing technology

Brainlabs uses Cortex technology for AI automation and live reporting, alongside custom engineering and creator campaign services. That combination is relevant to a media team whose recurring work depends on keeping campaign information connected with content and spending decisions.

ORIJEN’s FRESHPREY launch used creator unboxing content and generated 4.2M organic views against a forecast of 1.1M. The reported CPM was $14.70 against a $70 benchmark. Those comparisons give a buyer a concrete example of how the agency presents delivery against an expected result.

Its Mars Petcare work describes ongoing creator retainers and defined brand territories. Within that relationship, Dreamies’ sentiment measure started at 61% and ended at 85%. The case gives a separate example of the audience response monitored across creator activity.

Consider Brainlabs when the process you want to automate serves a media or creator team already making regular campaign decisions. Bring the reports those people use and the actions each report triggers. Ask how the custom tooling receives current information, who reviews a recommendation and how errors are corrected. The operating plan should show where automated tasks finish and a named campaign owner takes over.

Single Grain logo

Single Grain

17 /100
Location not disclosed Digital marketing agency with AI implementation services

Single Grain includes automated paid campaign management in its AI transformation offer, supported by workflow design, deployment and ongoing service. Its broader marketing work includes paid social and AI influencer strategy. The relevant buying question is how recurring campaign tasks will connect with your team’s decisions.

For Klassy Network, the agency tested an established conversion creative in Meta prospecting. The tested ad achieved an 8.49% click-through rate against 4.04% for the next best creative. Its cost per landing page view was $0.12 against $0.33. These results compare the creative tested with its stated alternative.

The Schumacher Homes Meta campaign adds a different conversion objective. It produced 30 quality leads and 75K+ impressions at a 5.62% click-to-lead conversion rate. Both cases provide specific outputs to discuss when reviewing the agency’s campaign process.

Shortlist Single Grain when the work to automate sits close to paid media setup, reporting and creative iteration. Ask the team to map which tasks it operates, which recommendations need approval and what happens when results change. Set the rules for budget decisions, creative review and additional work before the recurring service begins.

Tano logo

Tano

17 /100
Location not disclosed Managed creator agency and software team

Tano operates creator programmes with AI agents and a human delivery team. The managed service covers discovery, qualification, outreach and onboarding, followed by the work needed to obtain content and track the programme. Its cases show automation embedded within ongoing creator relationships.

Bloom & Wild used automated outreach and tracking alongside Slack collaboration, a tagged content library and reporting mapped to the client. The case reports 138+ team hours saved monthly. Ads using Tano content recorded a 125% higher click-through rate and an 18% lower acquisition cost than non-Tano ads, keeping the paid creative comparison separate from the operational time measure.

Skin+Me’s programme covered sourcing and qualification, messaging tests, product delivery, codes, contracts and rights. The case reports 3.5x growth in signups and revenue against an early baseline. Human strategy accompanied the agent-supported execution.

Tano fits a team that wants a provider to operate the creator process as part of delivery. Define the brand decisions that need your approval and the records you expect to receive. Ask how creators are handed between stages, how usage requests are tracked and how programme findings reach the team planning the next paid campaign.

BigStep Technologies logo

BigStep Technologies

16 /100
Location not disclosed AI consulting and software engineering provider

BigStep Technologies engineers AI agents and software for defined business processes. Its influencer operations case includes creator matching, messaging, client-data retrieval and human review. The offer suits a team buying a system that its own people will operate, with deployment and training included in the project discussion.

For Opportune, BigStep built WondrAgents with 7 AI agents. Brief preparation had taken between 2 and 4 hours; the case describes the new process as taking minutes. The delivery included process discovery, review checkpoints, testing and training, giving a buyer concrete stages to examine before commissioning similar work.

BigStep also built Channelize.io’s live shopping platform. Its 3 connected components support the buyer, production team and broadcaster. Discovery, architecture, development, testing and deployment covered the platform and its supporting tools across web and mobile use.

Consider BigStep when the repeated work depends on custom connections or a purpose-built application. Bring the staff who own creator records, campaign operations and technology support into the brief. Ask the team to demonstrate how work moves through the system, how a reviewer can correct it and how the process resumes after an interruption.

NoGood logo

NoGood

14 /100
New York City, United States Growth agency with an AI marketing lab

NoGood’s AI marketing lab offers development and implementation for automation, custom tools and creative production. The New York agency also runs social and paid marketing programmes, making it relevant when automated work must support the team producing and testing campaign content.

Its published design process shows how AI enters production. Generated imagery was used for SteelSeries and Oura ads, followed by human editing and the addition of actual product photography. The article describes concept approval and client review, providing a concrete process to examine when discussing generated assets.

NoGood’s Chime programme recorded quarter-over-quarter growth of 150% in TikTok views and 163% in shares. Its SteelSeries paid advertising case reports a 49% increase in paid social net sales between consecutive quarters. The figures describe campaign delivery alongside the separate AI production service evidence.

NoGood suits a team that wants recurring content work connected with performance testing. Bring an example of the brief, the approved asset and the report that follows it. Ask how the agency will keep source materials current, document creative revisions and return useful findings to the next production cycle. Assign an internal reviewer who can make brand decisions promptly.

RECAST logo

RECAST

13 /100
Location not disclosed AI engineering and consulting agency

RECAST builds custom AI systems around the business tools an agency already uses. Its creator work connects research, campaign coordination and approval-based outreach. The cases give a buyer practical examples of how an incoming request becomes information that a team can review and use.

At BlackFly Media, brief interpretation fed creator research and profile review, with pitch lists in Google Sheets, campaigns in Asana and records in HubSpot. A documented research exercise produced 200 profiles and removed 90 unsuitable accounts before AI review. The result describes the research process and its outputs.

For Z Media, RECAST built 8 agents routed through Slack. They cover knowledge retrieval, meeting-to-task drafts, affiliate qualification, decks and forecasts. That scope is relevant to a TikTok Shop agency trying to keep recurring requests connected with the information needed to answer them.

Shortlist RECAST when you want a system built around your team’s existing tools and approval practices. Demonstrate a typical task, an incomplete request and a case that needs human judgement. Ask how each is routed, where the decision is recorded and who will maintain the process when the underlying tools or team responsibilities change.

How to brief an agency for recurring AI marketing work

Choose a recurring task with a clear finish

Describe the work that repeats in your programme. A creator research task ends with profiles ready for review. A reporting task ends with a checked report and an owner for the next action. A production task ends with approved files in the correct formats. Name the trigger, required information and finished output. Include examples of work that went wrong so the agency can show how its process handles exceptions.

Assign an operator and an approver

Decide who runs the process and who accepts its output. An agency may operate its own software for you, or build a system your staff will run. Specify who monitors incoming tasks, corrects records and deals with missing information. For outreach, payments, rights and publishing, identify the person whose approval is required. Give that person a review view with enough source detail to make the decision without repeating the entire task.

Demonstrate the full working cycle

Ask for a demonstration using a representative brief and records your team is allowed to share. Watch the task enter the system, pass through review and reach its destination. Include a deliberately incomplete record and an outdated instruction. Check whether the system asks for help, routes the issue and preserves a useful history. A successful demonstration should show how work resumes after a correction, including what happens to dependent tasks.

Keep quality visible as volume changes

Define what an acceptable output contains. For research, review relevance, audience fit and source accuracy. For content, check product details, brand rules, rights and placement requirements. Agree how reviewers will sample completed work and how recurring errors become process changes. Track revisions and rejection reasons alongside production speed. If output increases, the agency should be able to explain how review capacity keeps pace and who can pause work when quality falls.

Connect reports with decisions

Ask which results the operator sees and how those results change the next task. A production agency may feed creative performance into a new brief. A creator team may use response quality to revise its shortlist. Keep operational measures, such as time saved and approved output, separate from campaign measures such as acquisition cost. Agree the comparison period and preserve enough detail to explain a change in either category.

Scope maintenance and commercial terms

List the connections, accounts and data sources the process depends on. Confirm who responds when access expires or a platform changes, and how the agency communicates an interruption. The fee should state the tasks or output covered, review rounds, support and additional usage charges. Ask how a new market, format or approval rule changes the scope. Agree how records and approved assets can be exported if you change providers.

Make a manageable handover

Start with work your team can inspect and keep a named owner for it. Before expanding, check that tasks finish correctly, exceptions reach the right person and reporting supports an actual decision. Resolve unclear approval authority, unexplained results and unowned maintenance before the process becomes part of daily operations.

Frequently asked questions

Connect with us

Published services in this list cover creator research, qualification, outreach preparation, campaign records, reporting and content production. The exact task depends on the provider and your brief. Ask the agency to show its input, output and review step using a sample from your programme. Confirm which actions still require a person’s approval.

Both arrangements appear in this list. Managed agencies operate the process as part of creator or production delivery. Engineering providers can build a system around your tools and hand it to your team. Specify the operating arrangement in the proposal, with a named person responsible for monitoring, corrections and maintenance after launch.

Define the information a reviewer needs before a message is sent, including creator fit, contact source, offer and usage terms. Agree which messages need individual approval and who can change the rules. The system should record the decision and route uncertain cases to a person. Test what happens when a creator replies with a different price or a rights question.

Write acceptance criteria for the output and keep examples of acceptable and rejected work. Review source accuracy for research, product accuracy for content and calculation accuracy for reports. Track corrections as well as completion speed. Ask the provider to show how it detects repeated errors, updates the process and checks that the change worked.

It can support the work behind a campaign, but the effect needs to be measured in context. Faster production, better records and more consistent review are operational results. Click-through rate, acquisition cost and sales describe campaign performance. Ask for the closest case and its comparison basis, then agree how your own programme will track both kinds of outcome.

Compare the tasks, output and support included in the fee. Ask about review rounds, additional usage, tool charges, integrations and maintenance. Creator fees, production costs and media spend may be separate. Use the same example workload when requesting proposals so you can see what each agency will operate and what your staff must still provide.

The agreement should name the person responsible for monitoring connections and repairing failures. Ask how work is paused, how your team is notified and what records are preserved. Define a fallback process for urgent tasks and a review procedure before a changed connection resumes. Ongoing support should cover the dependencies the agency introduces.

Ranking methodology explained

Every agency on a NeoReach ranking is scored out of 100. On this list that is four dimensions worth 25 each: three read off public records, one judged against a written rubric. A low score means the public record behind an agency is thin, which is not the same as saying its campaigns are weak. Plenty of good agencies publish very little.

We selected agencies that publish an AI service relevant to influencer or social marketing and named client cases with a checkable result or delivered implementation scope. We read the selected case pages live and checked case indexes and sitemaps. The roster includes managed creator services, AI production agencies and engineering providers that build marketing processes.

The evidence covers several measures. Agent counts and connected components describe delivered systems. Production examples describe time and output. Campaign figures retain their published channel and comparator. Current AI service claims do not establish that AI caused every historical campaign result. Each entry identifies what the case measures and what the agency offers.

The unchanged Influencer Power Index orders the ranked agencies using equal weight on creative quality, client impact, industry recognition, and revenue and growth. Creative quality is judged against a fixed rubric. The remaining dimensions use the model's established agency signals. This score covers the broader agency record; buyers should also compare who operates their proposed process and how it is monitored.

NeoReach publishes this page and appears first as Featured. NeoReach is neither ranked nor scored on this list.

Why these 4 for this list

Creative quality examines the work produced through the agency’s process. Client impact checks published delivery and results. Industry recognition adds external evidence. Revenue and growth considers the organisation supporting the work. Use the same fixed score alongside the operating detail: task ownership, review, exception handling and reporting.

Creative Quality /25
Campaign originality, content innovation and creative execution, read off published case studies, the awards a body of work has taken and the campaign formats an agency actually runs
Client Impact /25
Measurable results delivered to clients: return, engagement, reach, revenue. Counted from the named brands an agency has published work for, how many of its cases carry a quantitative result, and how many client categories that work spans
Industry Recognition /25
Validation from outside the agency: awards weighted by tier, platform partnerships, tier-one press and conference presence
Revenue & Growth /25
Business scale and trajectory: team size band, years in market and office footprint

What is not counted

Anything an agency will only say in a pitch. Unpublished results, client logos with no campaign behind them, and awards entered but not won. Where an agency has nothing a dimension can count, it lands on that dimension's floor, and its entry says so.

The rubric is fixed, not set against whichever agency happens to lead. The same record earns the same points for every agency on the page, NeoReach included.
