Making USIMS the Household eSIM Name

USIMS brings affordable and reliable connectivity you expect from a conventional data package through an easy to use eSIM compatible in virtually every country you visit.

USIMS was looking to accomplish a handful of goals: increase brand awareness on a global scale, increase downloads and active users/eSIM installations, and scale revenue. The eSIM space is highly competitive and saturated, going up against giants like Verizon and T-Mobile, so USIMS needed an always-on approach to stand out amongst the noise that NeoReach could provide.

NeoReach created a multi-faceted approach that not only involved influencers but also involved SEO, ASO (App Store Optimization), social media management, and paid media management.

Goal 1: Go Global

USIMS is looking to be a larger name within the eSIMS space. In order to do that, they need to increase their brand awareness on a global scale, entering over 16 new markets.

Goal 2: More USIMS Users

USIMS brings affordable and reliable connectivity you expect from a conventional data package through an easy to use eSIM. USIMS wants to have more customers, so they are looking to increase downloads and active users/eSIM installations.

Goal 3: Scaled Revenue

With USIMS aiming to grow their customer base, they also focused on scaling revenue while ensuring profitable app installs. It was crucial for USIMS to drive downloads that would lead to long-term customer engagement and profitability.

"Always-On" Approach

NeoReach activated 39 creators across the globe to promote USIMS in their native languages, enabling USIMS to target those audiences directly.

Promote like a Native

NeoReach activated macro travel creators, asking them to promote USIMS in their native languages, to be able to target and speak directly to these audiences. The most memorable activation was sending a creator to the Paris Olympics, where she and her husband attended the opening ceremony. USIMS capitalized on this global event that the world was watching and used it as a platform to generate maximum exposure and downloads.

Travel the Globe with USIMS

All creators are travel based creators and have easily been able to weave USIMS into their content. Some creators chose to take a heartfelt approach to the brief while others took a more educational approach; all of them, however, were able to highlight some of their favorite travel moments that have been powered by USIMS. In doing so, many of these posts have gone viral! This out of the box approach is what helps set USIMS apart from other players in the space.
