About

Choosing an AI consulting partner for influencer marketing starts with a practical decision: what should change in the way your team works? The project might connect creator research to your CRM, improve content production, or make campaign reporting easier to use. Each calls for different expertise.

A useful proposal names the process, the data it needs and the person responsible for delivery. It also explains how your team will approve work, test the system and operate it after launch. Those details help you compare a custom build with a managed agency service.

We reviewed providers that publish relevant AI services alongside named client work in influencer or social marketing. Some build connected systems. Others implement AI within ongoing creator programmes or production services. Their cases show different kinds of proof, including delivered software, campaign performance and production time.

This list helps you choose the engagement that fits your organisation. Read the service scope alongside the client example, then use the buyer's guide to define ownership, acceptance criteria and support before you ask for a proposal.

Monks

61 /100
London, UK Global network, production-led

Monks combines AI consulting and marketing technology with creator production. Its AI offer covers readiness, roadmaps and managed agent operations through Monks.Flow. The influencer service also describes generative AI use in content production, giving a buyer several ways to connect implementation with campaign delivery.

The Pringles and Netflix Stranger Prices activation shows a specific connection between creators and commerce. Facial recognition AI read reactions during Twitch streams and triggered Amazon price changes. On premiere night, Amazon sales were 432% above the daily average, with a 656% increase in unique brand store visitors. Those measures describe the activation’s sales and traffic.

Its Dove Hair Project Baddie case adds creator production experience: 11 creators generated 600K+ views at a 4.8% average engagement rate. Social listening informed selection, while creators developed concepts with brand feedback.

Monks is a useful shortlist candidate when the implementation must work across creative teams, marketing systems and distribution. Frame the brief around the connections that matter to your campaign. Ask the team to show the proposed operating model, the approval points and the people responsible for the system after launch.

Jellyfish logo

Jellyfish

32 /100
Location not disclosed Global digital marketing and technology business

Jellyfish combines AI adoption services with marketing technology, creative work and social delivery. Its offer includes GenAI assessment and implementation. Social Agents use Gemini with strategist input to analyse brands, creators, communities and competitors, giving teams a specific social use case to discuss during discovery.

The Gentle Monster case shows marketing measurement implementation. Jellyfish connected Meta Conversions API and compared an ongoing purchase campaign before and after the change. It reports a 122% increase in ROAS, a 50% decrease in average purchase acquisition cost and 52% more purchase conversions reported. The conversion figure describes improved reporting coverage.

Amazon Fashion supplies separate creator campaign evidence. Work across fashion seasons and European markets produced 923M impressions and 1.5M clicks. That example gives a buyer context for the content and distribution teams alongside the technology offer.

Consider Jellyfish when the project needs both marketing specialists and people who can implement measurement connections. Ask the team to separate the social analysis, data access and campaign actions in its proposal. Define who reviews the resulting recommendations and how your organisation will assess whether the new process changes a useful business decision.

Admiral Media logo

Admiral Media

27 /100
Dubai, United Arab Emirates Managed AI creative production and paid acquisition

Admiral Media is a creative performance agency based in Dubai that builds managed AI production processes for apps and brands. Its offer combines concepts, scripts, generated assets, human editing and review. The implementation sits inside an ongoing creative service, with campaign feedback informing subsequent work.

For Fastic, Admiral built the AI Creative Factory. Generative production created variants, live performance informed selection and brand rules controlled the output. The case attributes a 70% reduction in cost per result to that programme. The measure retains the provider’s cost-per-result label.

StarChef 2 shows another implemented production process. Admiral used agent workflows to create assets, tested a matrix of 60+ variations and fed performance data into later prompts. The case reports a 55% click-through rate lift, a 45% increase in ROAS and an 18% reduction in customer acquisition cost.

Consider Admiral when the project is to establish a working creative production and testing process with external operators. Define the concepts, variations, review responsibilities and campaign data the team will receive. 19 /100
Location not disclosed Media agency with custom marketing technology

Brainlabs is a media agency offering custom marketing technology and creator services. Its Cortex technology supports AI automation and live reporting, while engineering teams build tools around client needs. That combination suits an implementation brief tied closely to media decisions and campaign delivery.

For ORIJEN’s FRESHPREY launch, creator unboxing content generated 4.2M organic views against a forecast of 1.1M. The campaign’s CPM was $14.70 against a $70 benchmark. Google brand search interest increased 126% month over month during the launch, giving the case several separately labelled measures to review.

The Mars Petcare relationship adds experience with ongoing creator programmes and brand-specific content. Its Dreamies sentiment measure started at 61% and ended at 85%. Creator retainers and defined brand territories formed part of the approach described in the case.

Single Grain offers AI transformation services alongside paid media and social marketing. The implementation offer covers workflow design, data preparation, deployment and ongoing support, including automated campaign management. Its AI influencer service also includes matching, strategy and advice on tool selection.

Tano

17 /100
Location not disclosed Managed creator agency and software team

Tano combines an agency team with software and AI agents for creator programmes. Its managed service covers sourcing, qualification, outreach and onboarding, with people directing the programme. That makes it a relevant implementation option when the change you want sits within ongoing creator delivery.

Skin+Me used Tano to build a creator process covering discovery, messaging, product delivery, codes, contracts and usage rights. The case reports 3.5x growth in signups and revenue against an early baseline. It also identifies Tano-sourced creators among the programme’s strongest performers.

Bloom & Wild’s case is particularly useful for evaluating adoption inside a marketing team. It reports 138+ hours saved monthly, with outreach and tracking automated, a tagged content library and reporting mapped to the client. Paid ads using Tano content recorded 125% higher click-through rate and 18% lower acquisition cost than non-Tano ads.

Consider Tano when you want the operating process introduced and run alongside creator work. NoGood is a New York growth agency with an AI marketing lab. It offers generative AI consulting, development and full implementation, including custom tools, automation and creative production. Buyers can also commission advisory work for their own team to execute, so the engagement can match internal capacity.

Its published design process shows concrete AI use. The team used generated imagery for SteelSeries and Oura ads, then edited the work and added actual product photography. The article describes concept approval and human creative review as part of production.

RECAST logo

RECAST

13 /100
Location not disclosed AI engineering and consulting agency

RECAST is an AI engineering and consulting agency with published work inside creator agency operations. Its consulting offer covers technical decisions, product direction and launch planning. The named implementation cases show how those services translate into connected processes for teams managing creators.

For BlackFly Media, RECAST built a system covering brief interpretation, creator research, profile review and campaign coordination. It connected research with Google Sheets pitch lists, Asana campaigns, HubSpot records and outreach approvals. A documented research exercise produced a list of 200 profiles and removed 90 unsuitable accounts before AI review.

For Z Media, a TikTok Shop agency, RECAST built 8 agents routed through Slack. The work covers knowledge retrieval, meeting-to-task drafts, affiliate qualification, decks and forecasts. These counts describe delivered system scope and documented research activity.

RECAST fits a buyer who can bring a clear operating process and wants an engineering partner to connect its tools. Use the cases to discuss how a brief becomes a record, a review and an approved action. Include your staff in the design so the finished system reflects the decisions they make each day and the exceptions they need to handle.

How to choose an AI implementation partner for your marketing team

Write the process you want to change

Begin with the work as it happens today. Show where a creator brief arrives, how a shortlist is checked, who approves outreach and where campaign results are stored. Include the exceptions: missing information, duplicate profiles, late revisions and disputed usage rights. Give the provider a representative sample with permission to use it. A proposal can then explain which steps it will change and which people remain responsible.

Choose an engagement you can operate

Custom engineering, managed delivery and advisory work need different contracts. For a build, ask who supplies developers, accounts and integration support. For a managed programme, ask which tasks the agency performs and what access your team receives. For advice, specify the decisions and documents your staff will act on. Have the provider show how its proposed engagement connects with your internal capacity, including the person who will maintain the process after launch.

Define acceptance before development

Agree what successful delivery looks like using examples from your own work. A creator research system could be checked for relevant profiles, accurate source records and correct approval routing. A production system could be checked for product accuracy, brand fit and usable placement formats. Set an acceptable error level and name the reviewer. The acceptance decision should use saved outputs and test records so both parties can explain what passed and what needs repair.

Put data and ownership in the proposal

List the systems the provider must connect and the permissions each connection requires. Confirm which information can enter an AI tool, how long it is retained and how access is removed. Ask who owns custom code, prompts, templates and completed assets. Establish whether you can export records and continue the work after the engagement ends. Include the documentation your internal team needs, with an agreed format and named recipient.

Read results against the right baseline

A campaign result can show that an agency understands creator content without proving the value of its AI implementation. Ask for the closest example of the actual process you are buying. Compare production time with production time, and reported campaign conversions with their stated measurement basis. Record the current process before a pilot starts. Keep the test period, workload and quality standard consistent enough to make the comparison useful.

Price delivery and support separately

Ask for distinct lines covering discovery, implementation, testing, training and ongoing support. Tool subscriptions, model usage, data access and campaign spend should be visible too. Confirm what triggers an additional fee, who handles a broken connection and how changes are approved. For a managed service, specify the output and review cycle covered by the fee. Finish with a handover test: a person on your team should be able to find the documentation, understand an output and request a correction.

Set the conditions for signing

Proceed when ownership is clear, the test can be repeated and the support commitment matches the work. Resolve vague deliverables, unsupported results and dependencies nobody owns before signing. The project needs an accountable operator on both sides.

Frequently asked questions

Connect with us

It should translate a defined marketing problem into an executable plan. Depending on the engagement, that can include process design, data assessment, tool selection, integration, testing and training. Ask the provider to name its deliverables and the person who accepts them. A managed creator service can also implement AI processes, with the agency operating the system as part of delivery.

Choose according to who will operate the work. Advisory suits a team with staff who can carry out the recommendations. A custom build suits a defined process that needs connections or behaviour your current tools cannot provide. Managed delivery suits a team that wants the provider to run the process. Ask for a working example of the proposed engagement and its handover.

Start with a documented process, an agreed data sample and a test that reflects actual work. A pilot should produce outputs your team can review, record the corrections needed and show how approvals work. Include a clear decision on what happens next: expand the process, revise it or stop. Define that decision before implementation begins.

Some providers here publish custom engineering or integration services. Confirm the exact connection you need, including account permissions, available APIs and responsibility for ongoing maintenance. Ask the provider to demonstrate how information moves between systems and what happens when a connection fails. A proposal should identify any dependency on your technology team.

Check whether it names the client, describes the process and explains the result. Delivered agents or software components show build scope. Time saved shows an operational measure. Campaign revenue or acquisition figures need a clear channel and comparison period. Ask how the provider tested quality and how it separated the effect of the new process from other campaign changes.

Build a budget from the work you are buying. Request separate costs for discovery, development, integration, testing, training and support, with tool and data charges listed. A campaign fee or creative batch price covers a different scope from a custom implementation. Compare proposals using the same sample process, acceptance criteria and ongoing service requirements.

Set ownership in the agreement. For a custom build, cover code, prompts, templates, accounts and documentation, along with export rights and maintenance responsibility. For managed delivery, define access to outputs and records, the process for requesting changes and the exit arrangements. Name the internal person who accepts the handover and keeps the operating instructions current.

Ranking methodology explained

Every agency on a NeoReach ranking is scored out of 100. On this list that is four dimensions worth 25 each: three read off public records, one judged against a written rubric. A low score means the public record behind an agency is thin, which is not the same as saying its campaigns are weak. Plenty of good agencies publish very little.

We included service providers with an explicit AI offer relevant to influencer or social marketing and named client work carrying a checkable result or delivered implementation scope. We read the selected cases on each provider's live site and checked its case index and sitemap. The list includes custom engineering, managed creator operations and AI production services. Each entry identifies the engagement it supports.

Service capability and campaign performance are separate evidence. A social campaign result does not by itself establish that AI caused the improvement. Agent counts and delivered components describe implementation scope. Time savings describe production work. Commercial measures retain the comparison and channel published by the provider.

The ranked providers use the unchanged Influencer Power Index, with equal weight on creative quality, client impact, industry recognition, and revenue and growth. Creative quality is judged against a fixed rubric; the other dimensions use published agency evidence and the model's established signals. The score covers the broader agency record. The service descriptions explain the fit for this specific buying decision.

NeoReach publishes this page and appears first as Featured. NeoReach is neither ranked nor scored on this list.

Why these 4 for this list

Creative quality tests whether the provider can turn a marketing brief into useful work. Client impact examines published client evidence. Industry recognition adds an external view of the agency record. Revenue and growth considers the organisation behind delivery. Read these dimensions alongside the implementation scope, ownership and support your project needs.

Creative Quality /25
Campaign originality, content innovation and creative execution, read off published case studies, the awards a body of work has taken and the campaign formats an agency actually runs
Client Impact /25
Measurable results delivered to clients: return, engagement, reach, revenue. Counted from the named brands an agency has published work for, how many of its cases carry a quantitative result, and how many client categories that work spans
Industry Recognition /25
Validation from outside the agency: awards weighted by tier, platform partnerships, tier-one press and conference presence
Revenue & Growth /25
Business scale and trajectory: team size band, years in market and office footprint

What is not counted

Anything an agency will only say in a pitch. Unpublished results, client logos with no campaign behind them, and awards entered but not won. Where an agency has nothing a dimension can count, it lands on that dimension's floor, and its entry says so.

The rubric is fixed, not set against whichever agency happens to lead. The same record earns the same points for every agency on the page, NeoReach included.
