To our surprise, family channels are on the come up, as families across the world are beginning to vlog about their favorite moments, milestones, and everyday life. According to Time Magazine, time spent watching family channel videos grew by 90% in 2017 alone. Many family vloggers profit off of their family channels, making their YouTube earnings, sponsorships, and social media collaborations their primary source of income. Viewers all over the world tune into family channels to watch each family in their day-to-day life. So, if you thought YouTube was only for DIY’s and laughable videos, think again! In this blog, we will share the top family channels on YouTube you need to follow.

The ACE Family

The ACE Family is easily the most popular family channel on YouTube, with over 17.7 million subscribers. The ACE Family includes Austin McBroom, Catherine Paiz, and their two young daughters. Their family channel stared in 2016 when Catherine was expecting their first daughter, Elle, and Austin was playing college basketball. They started vlogging and slowly but surely grew to the subscriber count they have today! The ACE Family makes millions of dollars from their YouTube channel, given that they receive over 5 million views in a day. It is estimated that they make at least $17,500 a day, and an upwards of $6 million a year. The family was thrown into the spotlight this October when Austin McBroom faced sexual assault allegations by Cole Carrigan, a former member of Team 10. Cole accused Austin of sexually assaulting his friend in Miami. Austin denied all allegations and sued Cole for slander and extortion.

In April of 2019, the LaBrant family received backlash after playing a prank on Everleigh by telling her their dog, Carl, was being given away. Fans spoke up upon watching 6-year-old Everleigh burst into tears over the seemingly malicious prank. 

Eh Bee Family

The Eh Bee Family is easily the funniest family on this top list. This family is composed of Andres, Rosanna, and Miss and Mr. Monkey (first names of children are not disclosed). The family vlogs out of Toronto, Canada, and is best known for their comical and entertaining family vlogs. They gained their fame on Vine years ago and grew popular on YouTube soon after Vine’s end. Together, the family makes funny skits, does entertaining challenges, and even has a few tutorials. This family channel has everything you could ask for!

The Bratayley family is composed of Katie, Billy, and daughters Hayley and Annie. The family channel name “Bratayley” is a combination of “Brat” and “Hayley.” They started vlogging in 2010, most of the videos they posted consisted of gymnastics routines made by Hayley and Annie for their father Billy because he was serving in the military. The family had a son named Caleb who passed away in 2015 of a rare heart condition. They still keep his memory alive on their family channel, celebrating his life each and every day in their daily videos. 

The Shaytards

After posting a silly video of himself dancing in his wife’s workout clothes, the Shaytards gained a massive following in a short time span. Their videos range in content, from anniversaries to heartwarming holiday specials. Recently, rumors have been circulating speculating a divorce within the Shaytard family.
