Cassell partnered with fellow YouTuber, Adam Montoya, in launching a multi-channel network named “Jetpak.” The purpose was to create a more fair payment model for the revenue made in his media career. Cassel had a rough go with the Federal Trade Commission in 2015 as he was reported for violating regulations. They failed to disclose their financial ties to the video games they were promoting. In the year following, he violated the same regulation and announced a formal apology on Twitter. Although up and coming, Tom Cassell has had his fair share of adversity. You go, Tom!
