XHIT Daily, hosted by Rebecca-Lousie Smith, Kelsey Lee, and Cynthia Dallas, promotes the idea that just a few minutes of exercise and movement a day can change your life. Their videos are around ten minutes in length and often feature guest trainers and nutritionists. 

They are most known for their Celebrity Workouts, which promise to get you “legs like Jennifer Lawrence” or a “butt like Beyonce” as well as demonstrating some of the workouts done by Victoria’s Secret Models and other body image icons to keep you motivated and entertained while getting in great shape.

The Athlean X Workout Program is designed to sculpt, strengthen, and transform your body. Jeff Cavaliere, a former physical therapist and strength coach for the New York Mets, uses his Pre-medical degree in Physioneurobiology to “put the science back into strength”.

His bodybuilder physique and trustworthy methods have attracted a strong following of over 1 million YouTube subscribers, consisting mostly of men in their 20’s.
