About

Your last TikTok win was an accident. One video went, the numbers were good, and nobody in the room could explain how to do it again. That is the problem this page is built around. Every agency below has TikTok campaigns on the public record with results attached, and read side by side those records show you which shops built a repeatable programme and which ones caught a wave. Walkers took a lunch platform to 125M impressions and a 37% lift in search interest. Pringles turned one mechanic into 2M user videos. e.l.f. sold 50K units in 10 hours. Those are three different jobs bought from three different kinds of partner, and the entries say which is which.

Ogilvy

84 /100
New York, NY Global network agency, WPP

Ogilvy has been in business since 1948 and is the flagship agency of the WPP network, run from New York with offices in every major market.

On TikTok it does cultural intervention. The pattern is a brand taking a position on something already happening on the platform, executed at a size that puts it in the press as well as the feed. That is a different purchase from a creator programme, and it is bought by brands with something to say.

Dove #TurnYourBack was made in response to TikTok's Bold Glamour filter and ran on TikTok alone: 54M video views, 567K+ engagements, 94% positive sentiment and 174 press pieces. Dove #TheFaceof10, also TikTok only, reached 7.8M unique accounts with a 209% conversation lift and a Drew Barrymore video at 5.4M views. Magazine Luiza's virtual host Lu carries 7.4M TikTok followers and 1B TikTok views in her own right. Vaseline Originals ran a creator-led product launch to two sold-out drops and a 466% lift in launch sales.

Best for a brand whose TikTok moment has to become a news story.

Dentsu Creative logo

Dentsu Creative

73 /100
London, United Kingdom Global creative network, dentsu

Dentsu Creative was formed in 2022 when the dentsu network folded its creative agencies into a single brand. It is run from London and staffed in the thousands.

What it sells is the whole campaign. TikTok arrives inside a brief that also covers television, out of home, PR and the brand platform underneath all of it, and the idea is built to work in every one of those places rather than born on the platform. For a brand campaign that has to land everywhere at once, that is the right shape of partner. For a TikTok-native programme it is not.

The published TikTok work is short on volume and strong on client. Crayola's Campaign For Creativity delivered 4.1M TikTok impressions and 102K TikTok engagements inside a campaign reporting 6B total impressions and $186K of earned media value. Klarna's Komm mal Klarna was an out-of-home-led German push that produced 600K organic reach and 15K app downloads.

Best for a brand campaign where TikTok is one channel of five and the idea has to carry all of them.

YKONE logo

YKONE

70 /100
Paris, France 201-500 people, luxury and travel

YKONE was founded in Paris in 2008 and works in luxury, beauty and travel, with teams across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America.

Its TikTok work is always-on rather than campaign-shaped. A destination or a fashion house is kept in creator content continuously, month after month, and launches are dropped into a programme that was already running. That is what a brand buys here: presence, in categories where presence is the product.

The scale is real and the reporting is blended. Experience Abu Dhabi's Influencer and Celebrities 2025 programme reports 17B impressions, 212.4M interactions and EUR 130M of earned media value across Instagram and TikTok together. Visit Las Vegas Global Activations reports 1.5B impressions and EUR 64.7M of earned media value on the same blended basis. No published case isolates what TikTok delivered on its own. The Kooples' Amelia bag launch reports a 4.8% engagement rate, and MSC's World Europa launch reports 6.1x ROAS against 41M reach.

Best for a luxury or travel brand that wants to be permanently present, and will accept a blended figure for it.

Billion Dollar Boy logo

Billion Dollar Boy

69 /100
London, United Kingdom 201-500 people, London and New York

Billion Dollar Boy was founded in London in 2014 and runs from offices in London and New York.

It carries the cleanest single-platform proof on this page. Several of its TikTok campaigns ran on TikTok and nowhere else, and the results are reported that way, so you can read what the platform did without unpicking a blend. The reporting also tends to put a commercial figure next to the delivery figure.

Walkers Lunch is TikTok only: 125M impressions, 11.5M video views, an 8.8% TikTok engagement rate, an 11.2% lift in ad recall, a 37% lift in search interest and 167 press pieces. Lipton's Pass the Sunshine ran 11 creators to 40M impressions at a GBP 1.93 CPM with a 15% sales increase. Kevyn Aucoin's holiday TikTok, also TikTok only, took 802K views at a 15% average engagement rate. Clarks Originals gained 2.2M TikTok followers.

Best for a brand that has to show finance what TikTok returned.

Open Influence logo

Open Influence

69 /100
Los Angeles, CA 51-200 people, entertainment-led

Open Influence was founded in 2013, works out of Los Angeles for large US advertisers and staffs three regions.

It runs standing programmes rather than one-off launches, and it reports against delivery benchmarks: view rate, engagement rate, impressions against target. That is the language a media team already speaks, and it suits a brand where TikTok is a permanent line in the plan and somebody has to defend the number every quarter.

Several cases ran on TikTok alone. DICK'S Sporting Goods' holiday campaign took 6.4M views and 94K engagements. The Genesis GV70 creator program produced 59.3M impressions off 43 assets. Uber's Comfort Electric ran to 1.6M views and 361K engagements. FOX's Extracted 2025 put more than 100 creators behind a reality launch for 148.5M impressions. Mercedes-Benz Dream Days beat the reel view rate benchmark by 132% at 95.4% positive sentiment, and Subaru is a three-campaign relationship rather than a single booking.

Best for a large advertiser that needs TikTok delivery it can forecast.

Buttermilk logo

Buttermilk

66 /100
London, UK Beauty and fashion specialist

Buttermilk was founded in 2016, works out of London on beauty and fashion, and staffs three regions.

Everything in its TikTok record is community-shaped. The work runs long, returns to the same creators, and is built around the fans a brand already has rather than around a launch date. If the problem is that nobody talks about you between drops, this is the shape of partner that fixes it.

Armani's #confesstoconceal put top posts at 22M, 20M and 6.3M views. Mugler's Mugler Mafia programme beat its creator-following target by 271% and its views target by 262%. Gap's The Community Wears Gap beat its impressions target by 227%, and Gap is Back reports 6% year-on-year sales growth with brand mentions up 198%. Prada Beauty took #1 in two Sephora categories with views running 684% over target. Nike's Chase the High delivered 13M impressions at 7.5% engagement and a 450% spike in product search. Most of those numbers are overdelivery against a target the case does not publish.

Best for a beauty or fashion brand that wants to be a habit rather than an event.

We Are Social logo

We Are Social

66 /100
London, United Kingdom 1,300 people in 19 offices

We Are Social is a social agency founded in 2008, run globally out of London and present in four regions.

Its TikTok work is built to be made by other people. The mechanic comes first, the brand supplies a reason to join in, and the volume arrives from users rather than from a creator roster. That is the most direct answer to an under-thirty audience, and it is the hardest thing on this page to buy from anyone else.

#PlayWithPringles ran on TikTok alone and reports 4.7B hashtag views, 2M user videos created, a 13% engagement rate against a 10% target and a 15% lift in ad recall. Samsung's #VideoSnapChallenge, also TikTok only, reports 33B views, 3B engagements and 7.5M user submissions. Both of those are participation totals rather than campaign delivery. McCain's Anything Goes drove 124M impressions and a 9% purchase increase among 18 to 34 year olds. Bose's Get Loud mission took 37.3M TikTok views and 1,142 creations, and adidas' Super Bowl Winning Throw took 58.8M TikTok views.

Best for a brand that wants its customers making the content.

Socially Powerful logo

Socially Powerful

61 /100
London, UK Global network, local market teams

Socially Powerful was founded in 2017, runs from London with market teams in Europe, Asia and the Middle East, and works almost entirely with youth brands.

TikTok has hired it twice, which is the shortest way to say what it does. The Launch of TikTok in Western Markets was a brand ambassador programme reporting 500M+ impressions, and a later B2B campaign teaching small businesses to use the platform reports 32M views, 2M likes and 400K new followers. Both are audience-building briefs rather than product launches, and that pattern holds across the rest of the record.

Azzaro's fragrance push ran on TikTok alone to 59M reach and 1.5M engagements. Medik8's rebuild reports 13M views, 28M mentions and 486% follower growth. The Gym Group's recruitment campaign took 15M views and 1M clicks. ESL Gaming's channel grew followers by 113% at a 13% engagement rate.

Best for a brand that needs a TikTok audience it did not have last quarter.

Viral Nation logo

Viral Nation

61 /100
Toronto, ON Enterprise, social commerce

Viral Nation was founded in 2014 and runs from Toronto, with a talent management arm sitting alongside the brand-side business.

What it sells is the spike. The work is organised around a moment, a stunt, a takeover or a single day of commerce, with the creator cast and the paid layer both pointed at that window. It is the opposite of always-on, and for a product launch or a retail drop that is exactly the shape you want.

Making Mikayla Nogueira the chief executive of e.l.f. Cosmetics for a day is the sharpest commerce proof on this page: 18.9M views in 24 hours, 50K units sold in 10 hours, #1 on TikTok Shop across all US categories and $857K of earned media value. The Call of Duty League grew impressions 429% year on year to 96M. MGM Resorts' Formula 1 Las Vegas takeover took 16M impressions and 537.3K engagements. Walmart Land's metaverse opening reports 66M impressions and a 30 point brand lift.

Best for a brand with one day to sell everything.

SAMY logo

SAMY

58 /100
Madrid, Spain 1001-5000 people across Europe and LATAM

SAMY runs from Madrid across Europe and Latin America, and describes its own work as building brand relevance by keeping research, creative and technology in one team.

Its TikTok record is commerce-led and Spain-first. Launches are built to convert inside the platform rather than to send people somewhere else, which is why so many of its cases end in a sales figure or a shop ranking instead of a reach number.

L'Oreal Paris' Revitalift Laser eyebag patches ran on TikTok alone and took #1 in their TikTok Shop category in 2025. The NYX Butter Melt blush launch reports 51.7M views, 2.9M interactions, a 17.7% engagement rate and the top engagement ranking in Spain. Fazer's I'll Just Have One Piece campaign reports a 657% return on marketing investment, an 11 point rise in sales value and a 17 second average TikTok watch time. Old Jamaica reports an 18% sales lift, 94% reach against a 50% target and 80M+ PR impressions.

Best for a brand that wants the sale to happen inside TikTok.

How to choose a TikTok influencer marketing agency

One TikTok hit does not make a TikTok programme. If your best result so far arrived without a plan behind it, the job of a shortlist is to find the agency that can produce the next one on purpose. Four questions do most of that work.

Ask what the last campaign would look like run again

A viral video is an outcome. A programme is creator sourcing, a brief that survives contact with a creator's own voice, a posting cadence, a paid layer pushed behind whatever works, and a read on the numbers within days rather than after the campaign ends.

So ask for two campaigns run for the same client, some months apart, and what changed between them. Ask how creators were picked the second time. Ask what the agency stopped doing. A shop running a repeatable programme gives a dull, specific answer. A shop that caught a wave tells you about the wave.

Ask whether the number is TikTok only

Most published influencer results are blended. A campaign runs on TikTok and Instagram, often YouTube as well, and the case study reports one combined figure for reach, impressions or engagement. That figure is real. It just does not tell you what TikTok did.

Ask for the platform split on any number you are shown. Ask which platform carried the spend and which carried the result, because they are frequently not the same one. A partner who can answer that in a meeting has the reporting to answer it on your account too.

Ask what the return is measured against

Return multiples in this category rest on two different bases. Some are measured against influencer media value, an estimate of what the content and the reach delivered would have cost to buy. Others are measured against revenue: money in, against money spent.

Both are legitimate and they are not comparable. A 6:1 on media value and a 6:1 on revenue describe different businesses. Ask which one you are looking at, and ask who worked out the denominator. Then ask for the closest thing the agency has to a revenue figure, even if it is smaller and less flattering.

Ask what a hashtag total counts

Hashtag view counts and participation totals get quoted as campaign delivery. They are not. A hashtag accumulates for as long as it exists, from everyone who uses it, including people who never saw your creators. The same goes for a challenge total that folds in organic imitation.

The honest version of that number names the window and the source: what the hashtag held before the campaign, what it held after, and how much of the difference the agency is claiming. Ask for that. Ask separately for the views on the content you paid for.

Deal-breakers

Walk away from an agency that will not split a blended number by platform. Walk away from one that quotes media value as though it were revenue, or a hashtag lifetime total as campaign delivery. Walk away from anyone whose best answer to "how would you do that again" is the story of how it happened the first time. And walk away from anyone who will not put creator fees and agency fees on separate lines.

Frequently asked questions

Connect with us

There is no list price. Cost is set first by the creators you book, whose fees scale with audience size, exclusivity and how long the content stays live, and then by what the agency charges on top of them. TikTok adds two lines that other channels do not: paid amplification behind whichever posts perform, and volume, because the platform rewards testing many pieces of content rather than polishing one. Ask every shortlist for the same breakdown: creator fees, the agency fee as a share of them, and what gets billed separately for paid spend, usage rights and production.

A repeatable result comes from a process the agency can describe without telling you the story of one video. That process is how creators get found and picked, how a brief is written so it survives contact with a creator's own voice, how often you post, how quickly a winner gets paid support, and what gets read in the first few days. The test is simple. Ask for two campaigns run for the same brand some months apart, and ask what changed between them. An agency running a programme will answer with specifics about sourcing and cadence. An agency that got lucky will answer with the story again.

It depends on what the campaign has to do. If TikTok is one channel inside a brand push that also runs on television, out of home and PR, a network agency keeps a single idea consistent across all of it and that consistency is worth real money. If the job is a TikTok programme that has to keep producing month after month, a specialist has the creator relationships, the format instincts and the reporting habits that come from working one platform every day.The wrong reason to pick either is convenience. Ask both for the same thing: the campaign closest to yours, and what it returned.

Sourcing, negotiating and briefing creators takes weeks before anything goes live, and the first flight is mostly a read on which formats and which creators land. The useful signal comes from what happens after that read: the second flight should be narrower, faster and cheaper per result than the first.Judge an agency on how quickly it changes course rather than on how good the opening week looks. Ask what it would kill after the first flight and how it would decide.

Ask. Most published influencer results combine TikTok with Instagram and often YouTube, then report one figure for reach, impressions or engagement. That figure is not wrong, it just does not tell you what TikTok did on its own.A case study that names TikTok in the metric label is doing it properly. So is one that gives you a platform split when you ask for it. If the agency cannot separate the platforms in a meeting, it will not be able to separate them in your monthly report either.

Influencer media value is an estimate of what the content and the reach a campaign delivered would have cost to buy outright. A return multiple calculated against it answers the question "what did we get for the money compared with paying for equivalent media", which is a fair question and a common one in this category. What it is not is revenue. A 6:1 on media value and a 6:1 on revenue describe different businesses, and only one of them puts money in the bank. Ask which basis you are being shown, ask who worked out the denominator, and ask for the nearest revenue figure the agency has even if it is smaller.

Both, and in that order if you can afford it. Creator content buys you reach and credibility with people who have never heard of you. A brand account is where the people that content sends you actually land, and it is the only asset in the programme you own at the end.Agencies differ on this more than they let on. Some only book creators. Some will build and run the account itself, which is a separate discipline with separate staffing. One campaign on this page took a broadcaster's official TikTok account from zero to 50,000+ followers, which is a channel-building brief rather than a campaign brief. Say which one you are buying.

Because it publishes the page. NeoReach is featured rather than ranked, and it carries no score in the list for that reason. Every figure quoted about its work comes from its own published case studies, on the same terms as everyone else's. The ranking below it is ordered by the model, and the agency at the top of that ranking is not NeoReach.

Ranking methodology explained

Every agency on a NeoReach ranking is scored out of 100. On this list that is four dimensions worth 25 each: three read off public records, one judged against a written rubric. A low score means the public record behind an agency is thin, which is not the same as saying its campaigns are weak. Plenty of good agencies publish very little.

Every agency here is scored out of 100, four dimensions worth 25 each, and no dimension outweighs another.

Client impact, industry recognition, and revenue and growth are read off public records: the brands an agency has published work for, how many of its cases carry a quantitative result, its awards and press, and its team size, tenure and office footprint. Creative quality is the one judgement in the model, made against a written rubric applied to every agency in the same order.

Membership is the TikTok test: more than one published campaign that names TikTok as a channel and carries a result.

Where two agencies finish level, the higher client impact score goes first, because that dimension is built out of published evidence.

The campaign facts in each entry come from the agency's own case studies, read in August 2026. Where a figure is a hashtag total, a participation total, a potential reach number or a media value the agency worked out for itself, the entry names it as that.

NeoReach publishes this page. It is featured at the top rather than ranked on it, and carries no score here for that reason.

Why these 4 for this list

A growth lead shortlisting for TikTok is asking four things, and only one of them is whether the work looks good. Creative quality is whether anyone stops scrolling, which on this platform is most of the job. Client impact is whether a result was measured and published at all. Industry recognition is the only outside opinion in the model. Revenue and growth is whether the team can still staff your brief in month four, when a TikTok programme stops being a launch and becomes a habit.

Creative Quality /25
Campaign originality, content innovation and creative execution, read off published case studies, the awards a body of work has taken and the campaign formats an agency actually runs
Client Impact /25
Measurable results delivered to clients: return, engagement, reach, revenue. Counted from the named brands an agency has published work for, how many of its cases carry a quantitative result, and how many client categories that work spans
Industry Recognition /25
Validation from outside the agency: awards weighted by tier, platform partnerships, tier-one press and conference presence
Revenue & Growth /25
Business scale and trajectory: team size band, years in market and office footprint

What is not counted

Anything an agency will only say in a pitch. Unpublished results, client logos with no campaign behind them, and awards entered but not won. Where an agency has nothing a dimension can count, it lands on that dimension's floor, and its entry says so.

The rubric is fixed, not set against whichever agency happens to lead. The same record earns the same points for every agency on the page, NeoReach included.
