Have you ever eaten a bag of chips before and wished it was healthy? Well, say hello to Quevos chips. This rising brand mastered the snack game and was able to develop a delicious egg white chip that is high in protein and fiber but very low in carbs. Knowing the immense impact of social media, and the power of influencers on platforms like Instagram and TikTok, Quevos decided to go beyond traditional media and advertise their product through digital strategies. After discovering this new all-natural brand, NeoReach worked with a trusted partner and fellow influencer marketing agency, Influence Hunter, on a stellar social media campaign to spread brand awareness, drive website traffic, and increase sales through influencer marketing.
Quevos Campaign TeardownKeto-Friendly Quevos Chips
The story behind Quevos keto chips all began with Zack, a Type 1 Diabetic looking for the perfect low-carb snack. Inspired by the crispy leftovers of an egg-white omelet, Zack made it his mission to develop a low-carb egg white chip alongside his sister Carly and friend Nick. Experimenting tirelessly for two years to try to get pure protein to crunch like a chip, the trio finally created the product of their dreams. From all this hard work, Quevos keto chips were born!
Now, Zack could enjoy a crunchy and boldly flavorful chip that delivers the nutrition of an egg-white omelet. In their product line, Quevos currently offers 6 different flavors that consumers are already familiar with while staying keto-friendly. These include “Quevos” Rancheros, Dill Pickle, Sour Cream and Onion, Sweet Barbecue, Cheddar, and Honey Mustard.
Quevos Chip’s Campaign Objectives
To promote their brand on social media, Quevos aimed to target micro and nano-influencers in the health food category. Specifically, their team wanted to direct attention to Keto influencers, fitness influencers, and health and wellness influencers based in the United States. Quevos’ goal was to earn high impressions and reach, to get as many people to hear about their new high-protein, high-fiber healthy snack, keto-friendly Quevos chips. To do so, they recruited influencers to take product displays, video reviews of the product, and host giveaways on their accounts.
Promoting Quevos Chips through Influencer Marketing
Besides partnering with athletes, dietitians, trainers, and yoga instructors, Quevos Keto knew they wanted to work with influencers to help support their launch. For this campaign, Influence Hunter sent out multiple 6-packs of Quevos Egg Whites with a variety of flavors worth around $15 to treat activated influencers.
Additionally, Quevos and Influence Hunter offered a commission for any sales that the influencers brought on. The influencers who were able to drive the most sales through their unique discount code were also invited to become brand ambassadors. As brand ambassadors, influencers would get paid upfront as well as earning commission and being provided with the products.
For Quevos, they were also able to track performance by creating the hashtag “#eatquevos” and by instructing influencers to send viewers directly to the Quevos website via Instagram Story Swipe-Ups. Overall, the social media campaign was pushed on multiple platforms, such as Instagram, Youtube, and Tik Tok.

Standout Content and Influencers
By teaming up with micro-influencers in the food, fitness, and health/wellness categories, Quevos achieved incredible success on the campaign. The influencers activated for the campaign were diversified in that they made content in various categories, had different audience sizes, and reached different demographics of viewers.
This way, Quevos and Influence Hunter could ensure that the campaign achieved its goal of reaching a vast new online audience. The majority of influencers that Quevos chips worked with were young wellness-loving women, health-conscious mothers, and family-friendly influencers that are always in search of healthy snacks for their children. Campaign Results
Influence Hunter took over Quevos’ influencer program in June 2020 and was able to track campaign performance across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok to find a pattern with new sales. Overall, Influence Hunter estimates that for every sale brought onto the website, 2 additional sales were made through Amazon. In the first 3 months of working with Quevos chips, Influence Hunter activated 280 micro-influencers, helped to double Quevos’ Instagram following, and gained more than 15,000 website visitors through influencers’ Instagram Stories. Plus, 30 top-performing influencers brought on at least 10+ sales through their code alone.
With a monthly budget of $1,500 (a 3 month spend equaling $4,500), our partner Influence Hunter was able to contract 280 total influencers and help to gain a 100% following increase for Quevos’ Instagram account. With 65 revenue-generating influencers and 20,000 added visits to the website, the campaign drew in $25,000 in total revenue. From that $25,000, a total of $8,000 came from website revenue. Thus, the campaign increased ROI by 550%.
