Sam's Club is a US-based company that offers prepaid card and transaction technologies, products, and services. Sam's Club’s product lines include a suite of retail prepaid services, subscriber services, and payment solutions. Sam's Club reached out to NeoReach to promote the sales of their gift cards in-store and online, as well as raise awareness of the deals and savings found at Sam’s Club.

The Strategy

The primary messaging for content was focused on Sam’s Club discounted gift cards. We also encouraged creators to choose their favorite brands to showcase in content. This helped to diversify the posts, while still adhering to the major talking points provided in the campaign briefing.

Influencer Activation

We activated a unique roster of 15 creators across niches such as family, crafting, home, lifestyle, and gaming. 8 creators filmed content in-store, and 7 creators demonstrated purchases online.

Choosing a Platform

We activated several creators across the platforms of both Instagram and TikTok where we could best reach the desired audiences in family, crafting, home, lifestyle, and gaming.
