NeoReach Launches Beauty Creator Network

The dedicated network is designed to match beauty brands with creators who can demonstrate the product, answer specific consumer questions and connect discovery with measurable retail and ecommerce outcomes.

NeoReach, the global influencer marketing agency and creator intelligence company, announces the launch of its Beauty Creator Network (BCN), a dedicated offering designed to connect beauty and personal care brands with creators selected for relevant product expertise, audience fit and the ability to demonstrate products in use.

The new offering builds on NeoReach’s published creator campaigns for L’Oréal’s Maybelline brand, Milk Makeup, Too Faced, CurrentBody and Soapbox. It brings those learnings into a more structured approach to creator selection, content production and performance measurement across colour cosmetics, skincare, haircare, fragrance, beauty technology and personal care.

Why beauty needs a category-specific creator network

Beauty products are purchased through personal comparisons. A concealer needs to be seen on a relevant skin tone. A hair treatment is judged against the viewer’s texture and routine. A beauty device may need a clear demonstration of how it is used, what the user can reasonably expect and what claims are supported.

For marketers, that makes category fit more consequential than a broad label such as ‘beauty influencer’. An audience’s age or interest in cosmetics does not reveal whether a creator can properly demonstrate foundation coverage, explain a skincare ingredient or speak credibly about a product intended for particular hair types.

The Beauty Creator Network is designed around these differences, placing product-use relevance, creator credibility and audience context at the start of campaign planning rather than treating them as a final casting check.

Years in the making: Campaigns across global beauty brands

NeoReach’s experience spans mass-market makeup, prestige cosmetics, beauty technology and everyday personal care. Its published case studies show how different products call for different creators, content formats and distribution choices.

For Milk Makeup, NeoReach supported a creator-content program distributed across YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. The campaign recorded 2.6 million views, reached 1.3 million people and generated 64,400 engagements. The work illustrates how one beauty product story can be adapted to several video-led discovery environments.

For Too Faced, NeoReach’s creator-led content across TikTok and Instagram reached 1.3 million people, drew 931,000 views and generated 52,800 engagements. The campaign demonstrates the value of familiar, platform-native beauty formats for prestige makeup audiences.

In beauty technology, NeoReach worked with CurrentBody on creator content across TikTok and Instagram. The program reached 1.7 million people, generated 1.2 million views and received 29,000 likes. Device-led marketing creates a different creative brief from conventional makeup: show the product in context, explain how it is used and avoid overstating outcomes.

NeoReach has also published an Instagram program for Maybelline in Canada under L’Oréal, which generated 331,000 views, and a Soapbox personal-care campaign that reached 285,000 people, produced 242,000 views and generated 18,700 engagements.

These are distinct historical campaigns with different scopes. Together, they establish NeoReach’s work across beauty categories; the results should not be represented as performance generated by the newly announced network.

From broad beauty audiences to product-matched creator expertise

The proposed Beauty Creator Network is intended to support six specialist areas:

  • Makeup and colour cosmetics — makeup artists, complexion specialists and product reviewers experienced in demonstrating shade, finish, wear and application methods.

  • Skincare — skincare educators and routine-focused creators capable of discussing skin types, product use and ingredient information within supported claims.

  • Haircare and styling — creators with relevant experience in hair textures, curl patterns, protective styling, treatment routines and styling tools.

  • Fragrance — creators who can translate scent families, preferences and personal discovery into useful, platform-appropriate content.

  • Beauty technology — creators who can demonstrate devices, describe practical usage and distinguish product features from unverified efficacy claims.

  • Personal care and body care — creators whose everyday routines and audience needs align with the product’s intended use and positioning.

Selection is designed to consider category expertise, relevant audience characteristics, previous content, authenticity, brand fit and the specific purchase questions a campaign needs to answer. Any professional credentials or specialist claims should be verified where used.

Steph Payas: The product demonstration is where beauty brands earn credibility

NeoReach Launches Beauty Creator Network

“In beauty, credibility is created in the demonstration. Consumers want to see a product on someone whose skin tone, hair texture or routine makes the recommendation relevant to them—not just hear a general endorsement. Our work with L’Oréal, Milk Makeup, Too Faced and CurrentBody has reinforced how much that product-to-creator match matters. The Beauty Creator Network is designed to make that discipline repeatable: choose creators for what they can genuinely show, produce content that helps people evaluate the product, and connect that content to outcomes brands can measure.”

Connecting creator content to retail and ecommerce performance

The Beauty Creator Network is designed to support product launches, creator seeding, authentic tutorials, product reviews, longer-term ambassadors and creative assets suitable for paid amplification where rights permit.

Campaign objectives can include qualified product-page traffic, add-to-cart actions, retailer visits, attributable purchases and repeat customer engagement where appropriate measurement and retailer data are available. For awareness-led launches, reach and engagement remain useful, but should be assessed alongside content quality and the purchasing decisions that the campaign is intended to influence.

The aim is to help beauty brands connect the creator’s real product experience with a measurable consumer action, rather than buying reach without a clear explanation of why that particular creator was chosen.
